Get it done lad lol.i did mine on my drive last year its not hard.Exhaust has to come off,starter motor,front shafts,rear prop shaft and intercooler,Gearbox cradle mount,external slave cylinder mount,and don't forget to remove the allen key bolt for the thrust bearing in the gearbox before you remove the gearbox.Gearbox isn't that heavy compared to the Sti imports mate.Im back on the tools now so I do all my work on my car at work now which is where my tools are now -

Just bought a triple gauge boost holder carnt wait for it to arrive now http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271316732829?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Also the Td05 is still pulling well I think it has to be the best mode ive done yet.Im only doing 0.5 bar at the minute and it pulls miles better than the Td04

Looking very good Clive.was there a lot involved in relocating the alternator.Im thinking of doing the same to the Forester and turning the inlet around -

I started back on the tools on Monday and im glad ive gone back to the trade lol.It took me all last weekend cleaning my tool box out and the assessor came out from College on Tuesday to sign us up for the course.I really enjoy working in the garage and Paul is right cars haven't changed that much lol

Yeah got a knock sensor in place from Factory and im only on 0.8 bar anyway.The injectors will fuel it anyway.When I did my td04 conversion there was plenty and was a little rich on boost but was safe. -

Went out in the beast before and the boost on the Td05 is well,you certainly notice it a big kick in your back lol.Im only on 0.8 bar of boost and that will do me till I have it mapped im playing safe and its still usable.God knows what its gonna be like at 1 bar lol.I also find it breaths better as well -
