  12. a Vauxhall Cavalier 1.8GLi, detuned SRi engine so went ok however the rest of the car was not up to it, brakes, tyres and suspension were awful, as a consequence it understeered and locked the front wheels at every opportunity meaning I left the road on more than a few occasions - traded it in for a VW Scirroco after a few months and then successfully managed to go around corners :P

Wotcha and welcome - a real shame you got stiffed there - however there are some great examples to be had, keep us updated and let us know if you have eyes on a particular car, one of the members may know it but either way we have buying guides and previous threads where people have asked about specific models
  20. Pete - any chance you could add more photos and without the camera shake, I think that would help potential buyers - understandable though we can all get a little excited when faced with a Subaru :P
