Got the car back!! Freshly cleaned injectors fitted, new plugs, oil and filter (again), new HID bulb (not cheap lol). Went on rollers but for some reason the primary turbo did not want to play fair so still at stock boost. The boost on secondary seems harder than before and the intake noise is mental! Dont think its boosting higher from what I could make out which is odd but need to check properly tomorrow because the light in the boost gauge packed up recently Original primary down pipe with cat fitted for MOT. Anyway, glad to have it back and still loving it.

He didnt really want to speculate too much without seeing the car tbh. I would assume a remap would be the best way to attack the ecu if it needed. Does sound like it would be of great benefit. Give him a shout tomorrow see if you can get it in

Hi, He had a quick look and said it looked a bit laggy and was quite rich. However as the run was quite old now a lot couldve changed, vac leak etc etc. His best suggestion to start with is get it on for a power run to see whats what with it now and go from there. A power run is only around £65 so worth doing in the first instance.

New injectors, spark plugs, remap but there's an issue getting the primary t to play ball. Never mind

D Do you wash and oil yours? Mine had a K&N when I bought it but it was fairly knackered.

Very true! I went without a Japanese turbo for far too long! I do love listening to my primary with the windows down.

Its hard to say really, the rough idle could be all sorts. Have a search on here first for similar issues/solutions, maf, vac hoses etc. If your down Aylesbury way, Ive used DSA for over 10 years who are a Jap tuning specialist with dyno.

Thats cool dude. I would def at least change the oil and filter Further on from that if your feeling fruity, do the plugs and see if you can see when the belts were done.

Yes! Get a better map. Looks like the Alps. I jest a bit but it looks like it could do with a tweak. Do you have the other sheets (boost, fueling etc) and a wider shot?

Ditto. My preference is standard intake arrangement with uprated panel filter. I tried quite a few different types but have settled for a dry foam Ramair. I think your getting the picture now

Thats cool Each to their own with how to go. There is something to be said for knowing what has been changed first hand. Just look for performance mods not 'performance mods' if you go modified Lets us know when your ready to go though and what you find and sorry no experience with ScoobyWorld.

Hi, Id say water ingress would actually be minimal and should burn off harmlessly. Plenty of people swapped bonnets from WRX's on to their sports! Anyone else think why it would be an issue?

The short answer is NO you wouldnt. Only really applicable if you are decatting. Looks like a nice system though! Should sound really nice.
