  1. Bonjour mademoiselle 👍
  2. As long as all the bolts come out (12 I think for some reason) it is a walk in the park, nothing nasty is bolted to it, just jack up car as you normally would (but not on the frame 🙄) and unbolt and remove
  3. Awreet moy luvley (say it with a Cornish farmers accent, sounds less creepy lol) welcome changed luvver to luvley as seems more apt 👍
  4. Just read through thread, proper interesting this one !! Did you ever find and fix what was the cause of the soup like oil ?
  5. Welcome aboard me hearty ...
  6. Hope it helps mate, maybe replace caps as a precaution and treble check the overflow "tank and piping" on rad just to be sure
  7. Burping a newage, jack car up as high as possible at the front ! get a juice bottle and cut the bottom off and fit the lid end into your top little water tank not the radiator, you now have a funnel type affair (could actually use a funnel I spose) sticking out of the little tank (make sure it's got a good seal in the tank, tape it if you have to, now fill engine through juice bottle so that you end up with 6-8 inches of fluid in the bottle higher than the tank, start car and run to thermostat open, then Rev car up down a lot hold revs at 2000 a half dozen times al the while going round the engine squeezing all the bigger water hoses to move bubbles (watch out for moving parts that remove fingers), this worked perfect for me after engine out and back in, make sure heaters on full also at all times make sure there always 6-8 inches of fluid in bottle so as bubbles come out fluid can replace, don't let water get low and draw air in
  8. Lols ive no idea sorry 😕
  9. You durty !Removed! you 😆
  10. Pioneer AVH-280BT Double Din Bluetooth Car Stereo
  11. Cor blimey they are pricey, halfords do one for 159 quid but it don't play DVD, but they do another that does for 250 quid, wonder if the 250 one will do it
  12. Just realised that about twenty mins ago lol 😜
  13. As scoobs said, you really ought to change discs and pads together, especially on the front
  14. I rate it, put it in both my Sierra cosworth engines after I'd run them in and I used to really thrash the living death out of them both, a lot of people say it's snake oil, all I can say is, it never did any harm
  15. Welcome aboard 😊 That's a good lookin subaru ya got there mate 😎
  16. Looks mental !! another one here wanting to know what head unit to use 🙏
  17. Got in it this mornin, IAM straight back up to 1 lol i did chuck a 750ml bottle of slick 50 in it last night tho
  18. IAM = ignition advance multiplier, or DAM in earlier models, it's a rough timing correction 🙂 The limp mode is where the ecu limits boost to 7psi waste gate pressure and runs a richer fuel map and the car is supposed to be in limp with an IAM of 0
  19. Well mine pulled a load of timing yesterday at low revs and dropped my IAM down to zero, so I have still got issues with it, even more weird is the fact that the IAM is zero but the car isn't in limp mode, it's still boosting 19psi, supposed to go into limp mode at anything under .25 on the IAM ive gotten to the point where I just have to laugh about it lol
  20. I keep forgetting about opie oils, will have a browse
  21. Sounds very much like knackered discs tbh, how much meat is left on your pads
