Done full engine service , an hour and a half to change spark plugs( stupid !Removed! things would be ok if i was a wee jap boy with tiny hands 😂😂) and half an hour to do filters and oil, now running as sweet as ever 👍

I bought these a few months ago from lateral to go with a set of yellow 440's, i've not fitted them yet though as can't get for a remap till later on in the year but they look the part and the service was spot on and they arrived next day so really can't complain 😁

Try scottishscoobies.net they have alot of members up that way around aberdeenshire, i'm in southern scotland and its still a good 3-4 hours away and i'll just be getting up the road from thruxton on tuesday or i would deffo been up for the road trip, hope theres a great turn out for the lad

I fitted a brand new walbro 255 a few weeks ago and i'm really disappointed with it tbh honest, the same day i fitted it went for a bit of a blast maybe 40mile or so and it started to whine, so thought to myself it may just need to bed in but now its all the time so bad that you have to either turn the music up just to drown it out or turn the car off to shut it up and if the motor is running and you get out its even louder so feck knows what people think when they walk past, personally for me now i should have bought the rcm pump (as a few folks on here said i should get) its a little more pricey but the reviews were better, just a little food for thought matey ☺

Update on this, for the past week or so i've been having a bit trouble getting on the forum as i had forgot my password and for some reason i was not getting the pass reset sent but thanks to trevor thats all sorted now cheers trev 😁, anyways i got the correct pipe from icp and as i was doing a coolant flush i just took the rad out to hose it out so the pipe was a doddle to fit it would have been a bit easier if the aircon rad could have been moved out of the way, however what a pita it was to bleed all the air out the system turned out the heater matrix was blocked, had to take the pipes off the back of the engine and stick the hose up the pipes and i was really surprised with the amount of crap that came out re-attached the pipes and tried again and now everything fine, thanks again for the bit advise guys 🖒🖒

Yeah i think thats the one, was going to order it from icp as its only £15, just wanted to make sure i've got the right pipe, may as well do it at the same time as flushing out the coolant system, do you know if its easy enough to do outside the house or would i have to get it up on the lift

Hiya everyone, i'm needing what i think is a coolant pipe for the scoob as its all rusty and damp, its the one if you're looking down the gap between the rad and the front of the engine that runs over the top of the headers, am i right in thinking thats the water pump to oil cooler crossover pipe, thanks in advance for any advice 😁🖒

Hi colin really sorry to hear about your friends lad, its unimagineable to lose a young one, i would have loved to have came up but my car still needs a little work and you're quite far away from me as i'm down in the borders if the car had been ok i'd have been well up for a road trip, i had a look and its about a 450 mile round trip however have you tried on scottishscoobies.net theres quite a few people on there from around the aberdeen/inverness area who may be able to help you out
