  1. How much do you want to spend ? I have one like this http://www.transtools.co.uk/hand-tools/garden-tools/garden-sprayers/silverline-water-pressure-sprayer-10-litre?language=en&currency=GBP&kw=&fl=1000&ci=58359137401&network=pla&gclid=CNuG7qfP-sICFWL4wgodrl4A1g or you can get power operated ones if your really fancy
  2. The stuff they use down at your local hand car wash before soap and all that, https://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/traffic-detergent-5l-concentrate?da=1&TC=SRC-traffic%20film Can get it in ready to use 5l as well if you don't want to dilute, get a chemical sprayer bobs your uncle
  3. Do you use traffic film remover before hand ? Makes the world of difference
  4. How long have you had the car ? May be an old code in there that needs to be reset or one that's just blinked up then gone.
  5. Hello welcome, it could be any number of things from a weak spark to a hole in a vac line somewhere to faulty soliniod, have you checked for any ecu codes ?
  6. Dual mass kits are always ridiculous money [emoji22] my old man traded his 56 plate mondeo in as the clutch & flywheel was coming in at nearly 1100, got 1600 trade in win win. I only thought diesel's had them to damp out some of the vibrations, How would the slingle conversion work without extra nvh ?
  7. Shame to see a decent example being broken [emoji22]
  8. was it YouTube and are you using tapatalk ? I find it doesn't like copy & paste for some reason ?
  9. That's an aftermarket one found it on some US website, but I suspect there will be uk stockists. Try www.forester.org loads of info there
  10. I had a link for genuine subaru ones but that may just be the bar type
  11. 10 mins warm upbefore I drive anywhere lol mainly cos I'm to paranoid of the piston slap let it settle into it's warm idle then away I go. I've been tempted by a tt but like you say by the time you've got your stuff out the back it's a minute gone anyway. Save your cash I reckon
  12. Dunno but what's going on with the exhaust on the black one ? Ooh suits you sir !
  13. Word of warning to anyone wanting to camp at the venue, basic is the only way to describe it, there are plenty other ones close though. Tom we'll all be going down either the night before or on the morning, more than welcome to meet and convoy down
  14. Stick a load of pot plants in the way ! Looks abit like the nissan too, So what we thinking le mans prototype or stillborn super car ?
  15. Hello welcome, looks nice and clean, nice headlights worth a few bob, we have a member from your neck of the woods who is having his forester mapped in jan/Feb maybe worth speaking to him regarding it ?
  16. Hello welcome, Strictly not necessary to cool down as the turbo should be water and oil cooled, good practice to do it though, drive off boost for the last couple of miles and just let the car idle for a minute when you stop, let it all cool down, No idea about the alternator, although I presume it just charges the battery at required intervals as opposed to constantly. Easiest way to buy stuff for your car will be by the nickname given to the front end, classic bugeye , blobeye hawkeye etc. I presume yours is a hawk ? Bob's are a matter of preference some have problem with aftermarket ones other do not, I'd wait for someone with same car to give a more definitive answer
  17. http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/stock-ecu-discussion/53009-stock-sti-gc8-engine-control-unit-numbers-specs.html may be of more use ?
  18. I feel you pain ! Just recently had to give up my nice dry workspace [emoji35]
