Right fellas, I was looking last night and gaulsons location is a good one, I'm trying to get a place where we won't have to travel back on ourselves, thinking about everyone else really as I only live about 40 mins away, my main concern is the lack of information I can get off the event organisers, the ask us a question bit on the nbo site won't let me send anything just comes up with errors every time I hit submit, the tickets tab takes you round in circles and the facebook page doesn't appear to be much better, the last thing I want is to get everyone there and find out we should have had tickets, waste everyone time and generally feel like a bell end. the cumbrian scoobs site has the most info about it but it looks like you need to be a paid up member to post on their site ? So assuming we can just turn up on the day and pay in, event starts at ten so do people want to meet up before hand for some breakfaast or just meet up and go on in ?
  4. So what does that mean fhen ? Boost spike or the wastgate didn't open properly ?
  5. Isn't standard between 0.8-1.00 depending on model ? Savage had a list of all that kind of stuff somewhere on here told you what ecu, injectors stock bost, fuel cut etc each model has If I can find it I'll link it
  6. Edging coser to the end result, not a lot to see to the casual observer but to a load of geeks like us exciting :-D When do you aim to have it fired up for the 1st time ?
  7. Do you want seats/door cards or dash pics ? :-D
  8. Hello welcome, just come across the thread sorry been busy, If it's a uk car it will have a td03 as stock, Imports have to04's Pop the bonnet and have a look do you have the coil pack off centre and a blow off valve attached to the tmic ? Imports have shorter serial numbers too. 90% of impreza parts fit just need to make sure you get the right version that corresponds with your foz, exhausts are the same until the rear sections , the back box is longer, impreza ones do fit but will need to be altered, I think the standard injectors are grey, 380cc.? As for ecu options you'll have to pull the carpet up and see what serial numbers it has on the front, some will require a completly new unit or a esl daughter board putting in, you may be lucky and be able to have yours re flashed, Anyway get some more pics up and enjoy modding [emoji3] Sent from my SM-T210
  9. Hello [emoji16] you'll have much more fun in the legacy and the boost is addictive, Sent from my SM-T210
  10. http://justgivemethedamnmanual.com/subaru/subaru-impreza-owners-manuals/ Dunno if thats a help. just spoken to my local dealer they'd quite happily sell me one would take a week or two. Unfortunately there isn't a pdf version. Or anywyhere official I can get specs that you require Sorry
  11. you drop subaru uk a mail ? The 1.5 wasn't a massive seller over here mainly wrx & sti's what exactly do you need from the manuals ? As gambit says the service intrvals and what not will be nearly identical
  12. Do you have the ability to rear the ecu codes ? May give you more of an indication of whats gone on. Maybe a fueling issue pump or injectors not working propely. I'd be concerned about the smell though. Maybe take a look see if anything has leaked over night, wouldn't like to say whats happened for sure somome should be along in a bit with a bit more tech knowledge than me. Hope it's just something mior though mate
  13. Any smoke out the back ? Did yiu pull over and get car recovered or keep going if it had let go properly you'd have known about it

Android only I'll dig out the bloke who wrote the app in a min
  15. Looks about right mate, just make sure you get the right size bore. As for dect yep you'll need a remap though and if your car is pre 2001 ot's a fortune :-(
  16. Should be just to the right and above your washer bottle if it's the same as the turbo. I'm guessing maf or idle air control valve :-)
  17. Well known and common fault. Has the top corener where it meets the galss split yet ? There's all kinds of remedies on the web for it depends on how extreme you want to go. Only way to properly cure it is to order the rubber gaiters from subaru, trouble is yoy need to remove half the door to re fit them. As mr b says usual quick fix is to pad it out. Who ever owned my car before me went to the trouble of fitting wind deflectors to stop it. Wsste of money it doesn't :-D
  18. http://www.manualowl.com/a/Subaru/2008-Impreza/Manual/4877 Just found this site ?
