The clocks are like rocking horse poo and break alot, I took mine apart and soldered the board back together and it worked for 18 months before it died completely. The spoiler attaches to the roof with some big bolts, and May come with a template if you bought new, you could tiger seal it I suppose but not sure how effective it would be over time, Fuel filler handle is a tenner from subaru, mine fell off so replaced it with a new one, Trying to remember my cage was the double unit with a pocket in the bottom, then the headunit went on top of that and then screwed back in to the centre console, If you'd joined 6 months ago you could have bought all of the above from me when I broke the car. Here a link to my nodding gives you a rough idea of what parts go straight In https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url=https://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/9698-my-foz/&share_tid=9698&share_fid=75442&share_type=t my foz Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Is the starter motor dead?
Could be a host of things alternator not changing the battery starter motor or a fuel issue, Ie fuel pump not working as it should either on its way out or something to do with mobilisation circuit to it. Have you run any diagnostics ? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

There's 2 more cats in the mid section, so if you start with an axle back and find it's too quiet have a look at removing the cats in the mid pipe Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Sorry mate I deleted the other reply half !Removed! the other day as I randomly typed out a load of.jumble relating to the older cars, The foz seems to be made up of what ever they had lying around at the time, so I'd assume the fitment at the front is a classic even on a late car as it's still an sf . As for the width of tyres I'm not sure as the rear struts get in the way of wide tyres, o a 215 j7.5 fitment it's close so you may have to look at rolling arches or going with an offset less than 48 ? Blobeye radiator change and coolant flush
The rad change is simple enough just undo the stays at the top and unclip the electrics at the bottom or the rad take off hoses and lift out, As for flushing I've always just put a hosepipe in the top hose and run it for 5 mins. The hard part is the fill & bleed, 50/50 mix if your using concentrate. I'm a bit rusty on the process but it helps to have the front end slightly raised, then fill very slowly steady away I think it's 5l, (on newage it may be different again as you can fill in the rad cap as well as expansion tank) Then run the car up temp and top up and burp the hoses as necessary. Anti Roll Bar
Go up to 22mm that should give you the right balance for road use and will get rid of the understeer that's setup from the factory, Whiteline are pretty good but I'd recommend getting it powder coated before fitting as the finish isn't up to our salty roads, Updated droplinks are always good too. 2006 xenon headlight removal
Have you checked the fuses ? May have a fuse for each side lamp, I've not seen the newer foresters but it's a possibility that the whole bumper or wheel arch liner need to come out to gain access Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Stereo woes. The saga continues.
You may have had more responses if you'd listed the model and year of your car, or posted in the appropriate section, as most of the mobile users browse via tapatalk and you can set custom filters to browse specific sub forums or topics, Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

My First Forester??
Hello & welcome, The usual applies really when looking at the forester, that you'd look for on most cars however I'd try and buy the latest model year you can afford/find as the early diesels suffered from, snapped cranks, glow plug and dpf issues, as far as I'm aware the crank issue was addressed and the dpf issues were more down to the use of the car, Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Drivers side rear vent window
Could try a breakers but I suspect it's bonded in so will be a pain to get out fishing line or similar, then 'saw' round it. Opposed forces will probably list the part number, I'll have a look, scratch that as the website hasn't been updated to cater for the xv [emoji29] Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
