Wrx not starting
I'd start with putting the back seats down and turning the key to the acc switch, that way you'll be able to hear the pump prime, (or not ) As for spark there are various diy testing methods on YouTube,

Best bet is to try www.importcarparts.co.uk if it's not listed on the site give them a call they should have it or be able to point you in the right direction

First Forester looking for bits
You can get deflectors for the frames windows they attach to the roof, but as Mr b says they are rubbish ! If your wanting to quieten down the noise from around the wing mirror rubber there are diy guides on YouTube or you could try changing them for new ones As you can see the oem ones are a bit poor And they'll cost well over 100 quid by the time you and import & shipping fees

Fixed the rear wiper power loss, but it's just showed me a lot more replacing of the tailgate loom needs to be done when it gets a bit warmer

Correct way to Install gauges
It may have always been running like that and now you have gauges just something to worry about lol, And the gauges may read a little off, mine do I know the water is about 5° over what the ecu says, do you have an app for the phone so you can read codes etc ? May be able to cross reference the ecu with the gauges to see if there's a little variation

Logging my wrx
Have you looked at the free ssm2 software available ? You'll need a cable from the bay for a couple of quid but it's a really good bit of software, As for your throttle issue I take it yours is drive by wire and not cable operated ?

Rear wiper wiring (SF)
Sorted ish ! Managed to up upside down solder a new length of wire into the tailgate, then at the other end, wasn't pretty and the join isn't the best but pushed it down inside the body of the car so it shouldn't get caught, there was no voltage going to the yellow one so I can only assume that it was for the old central locking that's been made redundant with the alarm install

Rear wiper wiring (SF)
Well I've found the problem Now it's just a case of trying to strip the old wires out and replace, Does the loom go down to the floor or across the roof ? Looks like at least 3 have perished with age

Correct way to Install gauges
Glad it's all ok, i'd just keep an eye on all the connections for a week or two, if it's not wept on way home chances are it's ok, As for the hot running, are you using 5-30 ? May be worth looking into going to a 5-40 most modded impreza are advised to run a slightly higher viscosity than standard, Have a word with opie oils should be able to advise you instead of listening to me [emoji3] Note to self cheap soldering irons are cheap for a reason !

Rear wiper wiring (SF)
My wiper started to go a bit wonky in November, a quick wiggle of the tail Gate wiring would get it working, last night it stopped completely, I've pulled the trim off to try and find the break, i assume it's in the tailgate/roof. So far I've managed to trace wiring wise, Window demister Red/blue Back Lock mec Green red Pale green Door release actuator ? Yellow Black Wiper Solid dark green Green/ yellow stripe Blue/black stripe Black Assuming this is right any idea which are power intermittent & on wiring ? For the wiper Initially I thought it was the dark green so tested before the door hinge with multimeter and in the door it's self I was picking up voltage when on before the tail Gate, and none when switched in the off position, but then the wiper stopped working completely so couldn't test any further, A, do I have the right wire for power to the motor ? B, maybe the break is further down the loom ? I wanted to just strip out the faulty wire and replace with a fresh length Any ideas or someone with any knowledge as to the wiring colours would be great
