  2. Nowt to be ashamed of mate, I moved out at 16 moved back in with the folks 10 years later virtually bankrupt, dunno what else I expected on 60 quid a week yts ! But you live and learn and wouldn't change a thing Besides these days it's impossible to save and rent somewhere, I pay nearly 800qiud a month rent rediclous, roll on completion date, had a letter from the estate agent to say solicitors are fully involved so as soon as the surveys done we should complete soon
  3. Well every engineer needs at leat 3 weeks off other wise double bubble, I feel your pain, due to be out of my house by 9th of Feb so I'm hoping the completion on nww house goes through before that so i can get the ball rolling and not end up with 3 weeks of no Internet
  4. Wouldn't worry about it prob just bedding in
  5. What phone are you on Apple or Android ? If android then something like this http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=391225491082&alt=web And search the play store for this, found it to be the best
  6. Scrub that just been to check they are in fact 215's sorry
  7. I'm on a 225/60/16 if you want a pic let me know
  8. On some manufacturers if the cap isn't on the evap system won't be working at full efficency so can throw codes, or the carbon canister is saturated (if applicable) the same happens, do you have a Bluetooth dongle ? The generic ones are cheap as are the apps you'd be able to read the code and have some idea of what's coming up before taking it back for the garage to sort
  9. Can you get a pic ? Seems odd and now am intrigued [emoji3]
  10. An idea of what spring rates are on the front ? How much adjustability do they have in the settings ?
  11. Depends on what oil you use I know that there's hardly any difference between the milers 40/50 oils as I was gonna go upto a 10/50 was told there's no point, as the makeup of the oil is pretty much identical. Speak to opie they'll let you know what's what
  12. I'll check with the misses see if I'm not already booked up, They are quite noise friendly up there too, you'd be alright gambit with that noisy arsed nur spec of yours [emoji23]
  13. Milers quietened down my piston slap compared to the fuchs oils, I'd buy what ever brand you like/think works best see how it goes and if it doesn't seem that good next oil change try something different
  14. From all of 8 miles that I've done i'd like to say sweet as a nut but that would be tempting fate, Idles stable, throttle response is better and it's not kangaroo ing letting off the gas, so looking good,
  15. Buy the turbo if you get the n/a you'd think what if or I wish..
  16. Not got a clue on the part number, I've been looking at changing mine so I may ring subaru tomorrow if I get chance, most people stick higher flow pumps in depends on if you want to have the car remapped at a later date, I went for a Roger Clarke pump but there are others available, probably best to get a gasket what ever you decide to do, (these are cheaper from the US) I'll pop a part number up for that.
  17. No worries mate, spoke to dunc the other day and a tweak was the same price as I'd managed to get a brand new maf for so just bought one
  18. Replaced maf, got it washed
  19. It's down there ! Follow The larger hose that's going back down to the block this pcv valve will be there
  20. The warm idle should be on a sticker on the bonnet, think for auto's it's about 800-850rpm, cold idle I see anything up to 1500 which drops to 700-750 (manual) As for fuel pressure no idea i'm sure someone will know though Pcv valve is down between the turbo to ic hose and corner of the block, I'll put up a pic, no idea how much new ones are but US sites have them listed at about $25
  21. Looks like a nice example, sure you'll have no problems finding a nww owner, good luck with the sale
  22. Samco Take too !Removed! long to get if the don't have stock,6-8 weeks I was last quoted for a set, What goods that to anyone, Recently started using viper performance in the west mids, have massive stock holding and are half the price of Samco
  23. Just given icp a call, the maf is actually 45 quid cheaper than advertised whoop !
  24. Maf problems returned, looks like I'm gonna be buying a new one [emoji25]
