  2. No no i must of explained myself wrong, the woodruff on the crank is ok, and the pulley wheel has worn away its woodruff slot . I meant the end of the key is worn which I can replace. I'll post a picture.
  3. My original one fel off last night, thats why I'm looking into the differences. Just been out and looked at the car in day light and the woodruff key is mis shapen now but the slot is fine.i know some people put a lw pulley on so they don't have to change the woodruff but I'm not a bodger
  4. Hello, I've posted in the legacy section but it's a bit lonely in there, miggs did find me so thanks for that. What I want to know is, do Subaru's have any vibration issues from fitting a light weight pulley wheel
  5. Crank Pulley came undone last night, Got relayed home and I'll check the end of the crank shaft tonight for woodruff key damage, there was some on the inside of the pulley wheel so I'm hoping that took the force.out of interest what's the pros and cons of lightweight pulleys?
  6. Ok so maybe I did that once ;)
  7. Like miggs said.it Could be pads, mine we recently changed and their still not fully bedded in Ps miggs that little insect on your screen is freaky, i keep seeing it out the corner of my eye
  8. Hi guys ( spoken in a !Removed! voice) What's diff oil is everyone using? Need to do a change front and rear
  9. Ok, the ones I saw we're for my model which is the 96 gtb. I'm just having dinner, but after I'll have a look about to see if I can find any 2004's what model just incase
  10. Hello mate, what year legacy is it? As there's a couple on ebay at the moment that are being broken up for spares
  11. Yeah,we should start a new topic so we can find out who lives where and to see what interest there is to see if it'll work.i think little meets will help build the strength in the cluband big meets will be epic ,I can help with any organising or help so just ask mate
  12. I'm totally up for that,if people are dotted about the country we could do little meet ups. Then a big one with all of us every six or twelve months ?
  13. Mate you are funny as f@@k
  14. What Eve's gambit,my excuse is I'm in France and the Internet in the house is slow. Oh yeah so am I !!!
  15. Is this that tread that's been going on since the dark ages? What's the details dude and I'll check my diary.
  16. K&n are more exspensive, but their worth it.and they come with a life time guarantee hence having to oil them now and then, but I see what miggs is saying about a none oiled one Ps, I was only messing miggs. I'm not the type to get offended easily. And I totally see what your saying about the twin turbo, single turbos are so much more versatile and you can get more out of them where as the twin would really be left alone
  17. I know I've got a grandad estate but I love her booooooo ;)
  18. What do you mean mate?
  19. Hello mate, nice to see some old school models
  20. I am looking forward to clocking up some miles for meets :)
  21. I only drive mine to the gym as I've got a work van but I do my best to keep my mpg as low as possible....
  22. I read it in a thread written by a bloke that works on legacy turbos,as a reply to someone who had the problem of the secondary turbo not responding at all after installing a cone filter. Unless he got it drastically wrong and put a tinny cone on it?
  23. Welcome mate, hope your into bondage like the rest of us
