After months of messing about trying to find the problem i took my car to Steve Simpson at ZI Motorsport as he created the simtek ECU that i have. After around 4 hours on the dyno he managed to work out that the cam and crank sensors were out of time this is something no one else had seen but its all finally sorted and the car came out with 312bhp :). Basically the first guy who mapped it didn't know what he was doing even though is qualified.

Highly recommend Steve and ZI Motorsport they were a great help and very fair pricing they are located in Wrexham, Wales.

 

About time you got this sorted and running the right power for the mods you've got, happy dayz [emoji41]

Did you get anything back from the original mapper?

My scooby was already mapped when I bought it by none other than these guys so it's good piece of mind to know they are a thoroughly knowledgeable and well trained outfit. Glad to hear your car is all sorted so you can get the maximum enjoyment from it.

What mods have you got to make that power 

440 yellow injectors 

k&n cone air filter 

3" exhaust no cat

front mounted intercooler

RCM fuel pump 

 

that is meant to get you anywhere between 300 and 315 i believe 

What turbo have you got coz that's what will be fitted to my classic aswell as a td05 but I want around 330 mark 

I have a TD05 turbo in mine , i think you should be good for 330 ,i was told my injectors were holding me back as they were second hand and need sent off to be cleaned
