Sorry didn't get it posted up before now. So hope to see a few of you there :) Meeting Rules 1. No idiotic driving on the roads surrounding the Meeting. 2. No leaving litter. 3. 4. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C I'd just keep an eye on the coolant but if you can't see any signs of oil anywhere around the engine or the turbo and have no overheating issue and it's driving fine I'd say it's just 1st time ownership nerves ;) I still do it always listening for noises and signs of anything amiss :)
  5. Yeah same one we have just started sign ups for :) Hopefully get a club stand so cya there :)
  6. I don't know what you mean I use baby oil and lubricantes on a daily basis..... To keep me looking young of course ^_^
  7. :( well if you can make it more than welcome to join us :)
  8. I would have said the accelerator cable too but if you don't think it's that might be worth giving the throttle body butterfly a clean might be gunked up and sticking open a fraction sometimes. How high is the clutch for the biting point too could be a sign of the clutch going in the early stages.
  9. Glad to hear you're doing the work and getting her back on the road slowly. It amazes me how many people do the belts and bugger them up so hopefully next update will be with smiles :D

  13. Hi mate welcome back no need to apologize **** happens mate :( Been there with a landlord before but with a house. when he wanted to sell up because the house market was at the all time high :( that was followed up with some other bad things :( But anyway hopefully time away makes the heart grow fonder :) and I'm pretty sure now you have her back on the road the smiles will follow :)
  14. I'd have a guess the exhaust trim will be like this Looks good but a lot of money for what it is. Cills I'd say be these
  15. Haha shame the paint had a reaction to something and has bubbled :( I swear it new I was going only did it about 5 days ago before I was going :D
  16. Yeah it's pretty much the same mate but can camp over with this one I might opt for going on the saturday sleep over for the sunday if they will allow me to do that on a sunday pass otherwise I will get a weekend pass and do it anyway :D Not as big as Japfest but to be fair Japfest 2 wasn't as great as I had expected but I guess it's what you make of the day. the hole ticket thing had f@cked me off otherwise I might have done some in house challenges for fun with silly prizes like I had planned :) But I enjoyed meeting everyone so willing to do it again and even better if we get a bunch of new faces :)
  17. I thought about using the missus toothbrush and some shampoo but thought I best not :)
  18. Hmmm other than the boot time I've never had one that can do everything a CarPC can do last one I had bought had tv radio played dvd sat nav and bluetooth for the phone. with the PC it's endless what you can do really and I like the fact I just stick music on a memory stick transfer it on the HDD no messing about with CD's :)
  19. :( sounds like you have had some bad luck fingers crossed this time goes better :) As for the key I'm pretty sure you can buy blanks and have it cut but like you said before it's the programming of them that costs. Actionman on here might be able to help if you want to drop him a PM. Actionman
