  9. No I have been asking mate he did say he would get some on the next order but heard nothing :( Even been asking for the pink too :D
  10. Looks very nice mate. And I do like the planned idea if you pull that off be a mean looking machine :)
  11. I know some parts do cross over from models but would want to read or email the seller before you buy anything :)
  12. I would be happy to buy one with an engine rebuild as long as it comes with a receipt with the work undertaken. I've had an engine done on my Bug eye after about 48k on the clock and a few track days I sent it away to have done wasn't needed but wanted a fresh engine. And find a lot of people won't keep the service uptodate with oil changes or don't let the car warm up before booting it soon helps kill the boxer engines, that will result in an engine rebuild so not uncommon. But I would want to know it was done right. we had a member who lives not far from me got a classic shape looked amazing on the picture fresh rebuilt engine looked great. Only problem was the guy bought the car as a project that built the engine and he soon ended up with Bigend failure about 3 or 4 weeks later :(
  13. No problem here it is http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/forum/17-subarus-for-sale/
  14. Well not sure what car you was using mine goes to all four ;) But do like the rear wheel drives. But not as much as the scoobs. And the Subaru engines can take a kickin if they have been looked after. It's the idiots that thrash it from cold and drive flat out everywhere and don't do regular oil changes that kills them :(
  15. Thats fine mate all been there, I still get excited now mainly for mods for the car now :D STI maybe a classic to Bugeye should see you get a nice one. If you have a look down the forum down near the bottom we have a few for sale worth a look at. I'm sure when some of us are looking around if we see any might point some out to you too. But feel free to get excited and ask away with any questions :D
  16. Gutted :( But have said before with Subaru's having a good look around and traveling is always worth it. But least taken the grunt of work out of it for the next jobs to be done I guess :( So you looking at another Subaru with more time taken to look at it :)
  17. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C Should get a pretty nice one for that money might be able to get up to a nice Blobeye for that sort of money. Little help check guide HERE Nice bit of bed time reading but fills in some blanks :)
  18. Oh I didn't read the full listing just browsing through ebay for stuff :(
  19. been having a look around these any good for you mate ? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/subaru-impreza-headlights-headlamps-bugeye-wrx-sti-uk300-prodrive-style-newage/271423100026?_trksid=p2047675.c100010.m2109&_trkparms=aid%3D555012%26algo%3DPW.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20202%26meid%3D5481348385104181190%26pid%3D100010%26prg%3D9063%26rk%3D0%26rkt%3D24%26sd%3D111294544367 4 hour's left might rocket yet.
  20. Yeaaah that was kinda the joke ;)
  21. As for the coolant seen a few arguments about this. Now I would say they are talking !Removed! if you used a long life one just means you need to change it less thats all. Subaru themselves used to use green longlife and have now moved over to a blue longlife that was only ever used in the STI's. Again I have a tester to see how well or strong my colant's are so I just use that so I wouldn't worry too much about that but the fuel is worth putting the high Ron in ?to be fair I think all Boxer engines run better with it Turbo or non Turbo. :)
  22. ^^^ haha I see what you did there ;) I bet he doesn't give a F@ck.....
  23. What fuel have you been using with it being a jap car they run better on the high Ron stuff and should get better MPG from it, I've been told can take a full tank to get the ECU running right if you have changed the fuel. I know my's a UK car but runs horrible on the 95 ron. Just a bit of food for thought :)
  24. No probs mate. And thank you if you had been female I would have said you was a keeper for sure ;)
  25. Get it you know you would miss us all if you went for another make now ;)
