Well today I parked up in a car park at the top of a grass bank, some numb nuts parks across the back of me. The only way I could get out was to drive forwards down the bank, then along parallel to the bottom of the bank then turn up the bank and through an open space. I tried to report someone who drove dangerously and I had it on a witness quality video, they said it wasn't admissible because I'd need an independent witness.
