  1. If you lightly hold the brake pedal down can you feel the warped shape of the disc? You'll notice it more at low speeds.
  2. After slightly falling out of love with the old girl I've decide to spice up the love life by introducing some new toys. My idea is to change the dash bulbs to blue and get some bright white headlights. Just a few little things. I'm never sure which headlight bulbs to go for because despite being advertised as bright white, previous bulbs I've bought have ended up looking exactly the same. Does anyone have a link or advice to get guaranteed white light bulbs? The second plan is to change all the dash bulbs to blue. I've had a quick Google and doing the job seems easy enough. I just need to make sure I get the right bulbs. There seems to be so many and I don't want to pull the dash out only to find only to find I've ordered the wrong ones. The bulbs I've come across are LED so look to be a different shape and my worry is they are a different bulb size, not how they fit in the connector but actual bulb length. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
  3. I gained 26ish HP swapping the centre and rear exhaust sections leaving the standard cat on.
  4. Ha ha I had a horrible start on that one but glad to see it. The excuse is...im still learning the new clutch 😂
  5. Good day. Spent most of it in the queue again though. Terrible traffic on the way home [emoji23]
  6. Low oil level or low oil pressure? Your oil level may be fine but there could be an issue with oil pressure.
  7. Maccyd are getting some business tomorrow. Think that's the first stop for most of us. Weather took a turn down here too so the car wash was cancelled.
  8. Who , me or will ? Just in general [emoji5]
  9. "Don't trust everything you read on the internet" - Abraham Lincoln
  10. Ha ha there is a Tesco and maccyd at lakeside. Much cheaper fuel than the services there.
  11. We leave dartford at 6am to be there for 8am. There are 3 of us local so travelling together. Didn't plan on any mid journey stops.
  12. I plan to get on the 1/4 early and get it over and done with. Depends if its wet though.
  13. It's not unheard of, of course. But in this situation no remap is needed.
  14. Going from a ninja to an afterburner. Doubt there's much difference especially considering a map isnt needed going from standard to free flow rear box plus even a centre section.
  15. Suppose it depends where it leaks and how it gets jetted out. Also realised your car is 2017(I didn't read the full title) so I wouldn't expect it to be blowing the air-con up.
  16. So it was related to air leaks rather than just the way hawks are?
  17. Could it be a dye thats used to test air con and your air-con went pop?
  18. I've never heard that as a general rule hawks hesitate. We have two local members and I've never heard them complain if the same symptoms you have. Did you have it code read when the light came on? Could be a misfire caused by a faulty lead. How extensive have you been with your search for air leaks? I'd suggest sticking it on a rolling road and have the Afr and knock checked.
  19. Yes you will need a remap. Once it's mapped it will pass the mot.
  20. Mines not hesitant when cold but it's not uncommon to have a bit of judder or reluctance. Always warm up and cool down anyway.
  21. Defi are quite well respected. I have a Depo 4-1 gauge. Basically a cheap knock off but it's the only gauge I could find that had everything I needed in the one gauge. I'm not a fan of numerous gauges. It's done me over a year so far, so a good investment.
