  1. Welcome to the club! Very nice classic.
  2. Just done leave your car with them to joyride [emoji12]
  3. Booo blocked on copyright grounds by the BBC.
  4. Keep it as a project. Slowly add bits and turn it into an animal. Strip it down to find the real damage and weigh up the potential. It'll only have cost you a few hours that way.
  5. Icv is the next call after maf. Leaks that far down the exhaust shouldn't effect the idle like that. If the cel is on when the roughness starts than that should answer the question for you.
  6. Sloppy seconds [emoji40] We used the M1 last year and stopped off at toddington services. I'm sure it'll be the same again. When we are closer to the day we can make up the meet points. I'm hoping to drum up a few local guys to come too.
  7. As soon as it starts rough idle the cel comes on. But I can't find the cables under dash. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk Have a good old root around under there. Sometimes over the years they get tucked up quite high.
  8. You sure you're not on holiday? @Scoobydoobydan we will have to sort a little convoy up there if you go anti clock on the m25.
  9. Yes the pads will be mis-shaped due to the disc shaking about on them. I'm not too sure about your disc size.
  10. Have you had the cel on or code checked it to see if there is anything new?
  11. If the disc are warped then you would need to change the pads too. With warped disc there's usually a sticky caliper to blame so could be worth having them checked and possibly refurbed before warping another set of discs.
  12. Good call. Sounds like you found a good motor. Importcarparts.co.uk is a good place for service parts.
  13. That's the same item the number brings up. I'm watching it but still same error.
  14. Top man. I can't seem to order though. Doesn't matter what offer I make it comes back with an error. I'll keep trying. Can't go wrong for a fiver.
  15. I don't want to change the size of the tyre. It would be Toyo then. In this case I'd prefer to go for 2 Toyo first as the rear tyres are in good condition. Prices are very good and the cheapest I have seen!
  16. Much better lights. I'd be keen to get some. I may aswell drive around holding a match.
  17. I'm due new rubber soon. Prefer to do all 4 but only need the fronts. Struggling to find Goodyear eagle f1 in 205/50/16. Any chance you can find that? Failing I'm going for toyo proxes T1R in the same size.
  18. Clinic are well over priced. Don't leave your car with them either [emoji12] Panel filter £35~ Fuel pump £120(rcm) Zorst £100-£600+(depends on 2ND hand or new/make) Remap £600~ with dyno time All can be done yourself if handy with a spanner bar remap. New gaskets for the exhaust but they're relatively cheap.
  19. Brembos look good and clean. Unless....that's why he fell off the cliff.
  20. Is he selling the wheels? [emoji12] Good to hear everyone is safe.
  21. Do you have a better pump and 3 port solenoid? That could be the reason for the blip
