Try disconnecting your battery for half an hour or so, then reconnect it. Start the car again, but make sure all your lights, radio etc etc are turned off. Let the car idle for 15 minutes, then turn it off. Then back on for a further 10 and it should sort itself out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nice job, I used toothpaste to do mine, seemed to bring them up ok. They're a nightmare to keep clear though, living near the sea.

Half sorted out my funny turbo noise, there was a loose bolt at the bottom of the up pipe, I can now get the secondary turbo to kick in, but I'm still getting a weird noise. I'll get stuck into it properly next weekend, I imagine there's probably another loose bolt at the top of the up pipe. Also gave up on the idea of pulling all the dash out and fitting a new heater core so I've got one that plugs into the cigarette lighter instead

Yeah, that's true, should hopefully out-last the car now. Make sure your oil lines aren't blocked up when you change it, otherwise you'll be back to square 1. Yeah, that is. Particularly when you consider the distance it's coming. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
