Personal choice would be the pedders ezifit or what ever there called, uprated shocks, lowering springs, new top mounts and come as a complete unit for easy fitting. There no where near as hard as most coilovers

Anywhere from £350 upwards depending on what system they use and if dyno or road. Cheaper is in no way better when it comes to mapping subarus. Personally i wouldn't use road mapping due to insurance reasons and I would use a garage that does mechanical work as well so if an issue is found they can put it right, not charge you for coming back again.

yeah you should see some improved mpg, the standard map is pretty rich off boost so mapper can back the fuel off, typically 14 to 1 off boost and 11 to 1 on boost
