  1. What stand are you on?
  2. What colour has it gone, brownish? Are you loosing coolant? Is it overheating when moving or just stand still? Have you checked the oil dipstick? Any smoke from exhaust when warmed up? Sorry for all the questions but will help with diagnostic.
  3. Cleaned it like never before! Got deep in to all her crevasses Even broke out the hoover! Early start in the morning for Japfest 2
  4. The tyres would be ok but as previous I would really suggest 225 45 17. The best way to sum it up is you'll get an extra 80mm surface contact, which is a lot and esp when you have power through all four corners! Goodyear F1 AS2 are cheap.
  5. Be interesting to know how much they charge.
  6. Worth double checking fluid levels. Gear oil can make a big difference. As sav says it def sounds like a linkage refresh is in order whatever. Some bits worth doing to eliminate worse case which would be the synchro.
  7. Where did you have it done? Had it properly broken?
  8. Excellent news! !Removed! mafs 😤
  9. Got an individual car pass through. I assume as only 2 of us. Seems a nice spot!
  10. No worries then by the sounds of it
  11. Is it always the same in each gear and is it smooth? Mine boosts higher in 3rd 4th as the load period increases. As long as it's not fluctuating. If it's been mapped then cool.
  12. 80 is a lot, would say more like 50-60 for yours. As long as your happy with the drive and the fuel is right it's all cool
  13. What's stock boost? 0.9 bar? I assume the horrific squiggly lines are original?? Making a very quick steady 250bhp with 0.7bar in the mid range? With mod rising to peak 285bhp as boost steadies down to 0.8ish. Just doesn't look right to me sorry. I'd be expecting upto1.2ish bar from a performance remap and sort of power your developing? Be interesting to get others in who've had same car remapped
  14. It's a bit of a detour for me. More than happy to reimburse any postage .
  15. Impressive indeed, esp given its almost stock! What was the boost raised to?
  16. Excellent let us know how you go on the dyno, love a graph
  17. And don't forget to double check the interior lights and parking light switch. Most of us have been there lol.
  18. Good man, make it your own
  19. Did someone say.... decals Look forward to see some pics
  20. 5 speed box isnt it? You wont get anywhere near 450 without upgrade on that which is A lot. Best thing is drive it for a bit and see what you think I guess. My first check would be quality of tyres and brakes and go from there.
  21. Where to start!! Are you happy with power? What power is it running? Are you happy with noise? Tyres good quality? Brakes good?
  22. Stand passes you mean?
  23. Yes Yes No You will get all sorts of differing views on dash cams. People say they are bad because people are non stop reporting others for wanky driving etc. Long and short I'd rather have one if needed than not have one and loose an insurance claim etc. I have them in my cars, £14 off ebay and a 32gb card to fit. Work brilliantly, auto start on ignition and turn off, does what it says on the tin. Super duper
  24. I usually only get a different tone if I get turbo stall. Sounds Like the F1 cars sounded like with blown diffusers.
  25. Not sure about the tone but messing with the intake reading certainly. Probably more as you come on boost than anything?
