Welcome! Glad to see another TT owner or potential owner here. It will be the torque converter if its an auto. I would be cautious. The first thing to check is the fluid level. Has the car been tuned to more than standard BHP?

@DaveyC looks really tidy liking the debadge. New plates can make such a difference.

@KV57 but yes as a standard car, you are still susceptible to HG and RLF. Just look after it, regular service and good fuel. Check this american kid chatting about it.

Its a 20 inch shadow chrome with a chunk out so not sure if that makes a difference. This is my first refurb experience.

Phoned Pristine Alloy Wheels Milton Keynes earlier in the week to arrange for a single wheel refurb, told them exactly what I wanted doing, a single wheel refurb in shadow chrome. They said no problem just drop the wheel down and they will sort it, £123.00. Excellent I thought. 40 minute drive first thing in the morning, got there an the guy says cant guarantee a match on this, do you have another wheel! Yes I do have another one but why wasnt I told that on the phone before wasting my time driving all the way here! Complete waste of my time, not happy at all

That is good service! Mines got to go in for some tweaks that being one of them. Not driving it much now but just have to stay south of 6800rpm in 3rd upwards.

Ok so your getting exactly what I have at the moment on the secondary, just fuel cut like a brick wall lol? You getting it adjusted or just living with it?
