  1. !Removed! customers!
  2. Im only just getting there
  3. I would be tempted to give it a go. The ones on ebay are for the BG5. Seen them on Croooober but expensive with post. Just need to keep an eye out
  4. I have wondered about getting one. I guess it spreads/split the air to maximise cooling coverage over the fins. Not sure how you could measure its effectiveness though.
  5. Decals arrived today, excellent as usual! I think I underestimated how big I needed the Laile one lol. Ill have a look see what its like later.
  6. For your bonnet scoop to tmic?
  7. If there are no fault codes then not sure, sorry dude.
  8. This may or may not help. http://www.ebay.co.uk/gds/How-to-read-clear-fault-codes-on-Subaru-inc-Impreza-/10000000002365952/g.html
  9. 1111 No codes stored 11 Crankshaft position sensor (Don't confuse with above, usually when the crankshaft sensor if dodgy the thing won't start anyway)
  10. Did you discount the crankshaft sensor?
  11. Passed MOT with no advisories Back on the rollers on Thursday.
  12. Hi, Does sound like piston slap to be honest. How many miles are on the clock? What oil do you use? have you checked it recently? When was it last serviced?
  13. Exciting times for a couple of reasons then lol! When do you reckon you'll get them on?
  14. Why did you have to try a jump start it? Was the battery dead when you reattached?
  15. Car seems to be running 100% again now after hours of searching I found the secondary turbo hose was completely loose!!!!
  16. Right, Ive def not got any of that! Thats good to know. Suppose I just need to take the car off the road while its done.
  17. £1200! Sounds very good. I need there number lol. The previous owner had them fitted so Im not sure how old they are but would say a few years. The fronts are good as gold but one of the rears is looking a bit tired. Might look to have the rears replaced or refurbed or whatever later this year.
  18. Not a bad price that! I have them on mine but have them set low and hard. I found low and softer was too bouncy for me. In short you may find you have to sacrifice ride height for comfort.
  19. Good to see you getting back in the fold Sam!
  20. At the rate mine is going Im going to be taking a !Removed! break and looking for a new Scoob too!!!!
  21. Had car on the rollers today again. Seem to have a issue! (of course!). Slightly low boost and mega lean off at 5500 rpm (secondary turbo) MAF is fine. Next stop to replace fuel pump so will get an uprated one while Im at it. Check vac hoses. Put it back on rollers after that and see what the crack is.
  22. I know your pain my friend, found a serious issue with mine today! Re point 2, check the earths. My speedo went nuts and was due to a broken earth coming off the sender from the gearbox. Long shot but worth a look around. Re point 3, could be something silly like big stone stuck in your tyre tread.
  23. Just remember cats and mufflers are for Grannies
  24. I think the STI wheels of the same year would be the 114 PCD and yours is a 100 PCD. If you wanted bigger wheels youd be safe with pre 2005 STI wheels. Having said that the offset wont be that noticeable so you may still find they look a bit lost. You would need to either get some spacers for the standard Subaru alloys or potentially aftermarket wheels with maybe a mid 40's offset. But hey if your happy then leave it be. As you say the Subaru guys picked it for a reason.
