  1. Im going
  2. You'll need the c spanners to adjust it then. See if you have them.
  3. Maybe worth checking the wheels aren't spaced? Other option is new wheels with better fitment for the lower ride.
  4. Yeah too thick
  5. Nice colour, sounds like mine, or at least when it was built! lol. Mines a Legacy sequential twin turbo jobby. Just about everything you need is on here somewhere.
  6. Welcome! Glad you hear your so pleased with your Scooby and you've joined just the right place Sounds like a monster, hope it brings you plenty of fun! Enjoy the forum.
  7. Welcome! There is a definite trend of people moving from BMW to Subaru's! Looks really nice, especially with the graphite alloys
  8. Yep next cambelt change I'll have an ally one ready for the inevitable!
  9. Nice!! Would like to see pics if you have.

    sad time

That's sad to hear!! So you taking a break then set on a wagon in time?
  12. Welcome! Glad to hear your happy with your Subaru. What model of Legacy do you have?
  13. Welcome James! Good machine you have there! Best scooby community you'll find here so don't be shy
  14. That's not bad if you ask me!
  15. I'm stripping at Finale!
  16. Lol I gave up with any sort of economy figures. With my primary now boosting to just over a bar and short journeys it's not worth checking. 10w40 will be fine esp for summer but most would use 5w40 for all year round. Millers is good stuff!
  17. Welcome! Looks really nice! I Second Scoobyghost. Exedy will give you a nice balance. If you have a tesco that's the best value stuff for the momentum. Hope you find lots of useful info here.
  18. @david1972 If you can get under the car enough it's easy. @Sirspidey you can find a cosworth panel filter on eBay mate. 5W 40 usually use mobil but just whacked in some castrol edge titanium for a change. I change my oil every sub 1000 miles. Even more relevant if you run higher bhp, as Tidgy says it surprising how quick it gets manky. I pay £65 for an oil and filter change so don't really worry about it to keep it tip top. But saying that it takes 3 months to do the milage. At the moment I have a hks filter but would normally have Subaru.
  19. Not sure we've arranged a meet time yet. Not sure if soc and uklegacy are all meeting together, would make sense. If so it's a services I can't remember off hand. I'll check and post here when I know.
  20. Welcome! Hope you find the right one for you. I do like a wagon!
  21. Meguiars is good stuff. Not sure what you'd get for using both over just one. I assume you just want a shiny car. I find the ultimate compound good. My personal preference is the G3 range of products. I use the body shampoo then the clay mitt then the resin superwax. If I'm feeling fruity I then use Autoglym extra gloss protection on top.
  22. Cheers! Let's hope so. Oil change now and a good wash then set for the morning
  23. Welcome Ash! Always nice to see such an enthusiastic owner. Def a car worth holding on to and looking after. Got any pictures? Dig in to the forum and hopefully someone can point you in the direction of a manual.
  24. Sounds like you found a good buy then
  25. Welcome! These can be tricky and advice will vary about them. Is you set up stock? It relates to the boost you are running and the spring stiffness required, often this is where it goes wrong. Bailey and Forge seem to get good feedback but Ive never used them personally. Im sure someone here will be able to point you more precisely.
