  1. Is this what a 48k service includes? Is there anything missing? Replace engine oil per specifications for your model Replace filter with Genuine Subaru Oil Filter Replace oil drain gasket Check and top off all fluids Inspect and set tire pressures Complete Multi-point inspection
  2. I would be interested to know what work was included for the £500.
  3. Had a little wipe over under the bonnet if no where else Caution, gratifying engine bay picture....
  4. Cheers, I am enjoying it too! Just a nice little bit of difference :)
  5. Its Christmas!!!! It actually went in the boot but......lol. Dirty dirty too
  6. Ill be there :D. I need to mark all the events up now so there's no argument later.
  7. Moved mine out of the garge onto the drive!
  8. http://www.andyforrestperformance.co.uk/26032.html The link may be useful. Most people will say an oiled filter is not a good idea due to the potential to fudge the maf and in turn your engine. Some people have used them for years with no issue so..... Theres no performance benefit Ive ever seen for an oiled cotton filter e.g. K&N over a dry filter e.g. Cosworth, STI, Ramair etc, so for me its a no brainer.
  9. Like marty said the GTI's aren't slack and could easily be running 250BHP and when rolling won't loose as much through the trans. Its easy to hold the gear too long as well. A good thrash on the RR will soon tell you :D
  10. Maybe timing but shoppers for this car are very specific as you know yourself. You might just have to wait a bit. Its low miles and looks great so you should get £4K without too much problem. Im jealous of the buyer already :(
  11. Always sad to see someone parting with a nice motor. What sort of monies are you looking for?
  12. Not sure, possibly, the missus wants a massive one Anyway Im just looking for an excuse to use the roof bars I have :D
  13. Id like to know on this too. I need to speak to them.
  14. Ah right. Well thats sort of good news then :) Im on my third maf. Keep 2 spare just in case now. Not new ones mind you but original good order.
  15. Looks like... Terminals 1, 2 and 4 should have approximately 1 mega-ohm of resistance to ground. Terminal 3 should have zero ohms resistance to ground. See what you get.
  16. Thats the beauty of the sunroofs, mostly just glass on my roof. I havent updated the thread but I think I wangled a way of going now ;)
  17. Yo! Cheers for the remin Yo! Cheers Gambit. Yes please, Legacy BH5 with tree. Im actually picking up our tree on the roof of the Leggy hopefully :D . Will get a pic if I do!
  18. 5x100 48-55 offset will be fine. So impreza classic, bug, blob or obviously Legacy.
  19. What sort of money you looking to spend? Any type of style, multi spoke, silver, black etc?
  20. Thats good value! Looks exactly like mine.
  21. Sounds good! Don't actually know how much mine was on the Leggy the other week but that was a full kit not just a belt change.
  22. I take the third one (but in manual :P ). I can def see one of these in the future. Id just pull the practicality card. Id love an Impreza but the said card doesn't work there :( .
  23. Ask Clinic to clarify what a 'full exhaust system' comprises of. Put a Cosworth or STI panel filter in and save on the £200 induction kit.
  24. Yes is pretty easy :) . Would the reg be on retention or on vehicle? If on retention then you fill in the certificate you have with the cars details etc. If on vehicle then its a V317 you can print off from web or get from a decent post office. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/409911/V317_211114.pdf Once I got it back within 3 working days!! Last time was a week which is not bad at all I thought.
