If there's nothing 'off the shelf' exhaust wise why not get one custom made be cheaper and you'll get one that fits well and is to your spec

Have a look on ebay for grade a subaru spares or you could try http://www.subaru-spares.co.uk/ If the skip was on the road it should have been lit, if it sasn't the skip company should be liable for any damage, Have a look around at other subaru models as they tend to share the same bits, not sure about the newer ones but older foz's share 80% of parts with the impreza

Hello & welcome, your right about the keypad, it's to programme/manually over ride the key and do other features, i'm assuming you don't have the code ? It's normally in the manual (non existent)or with the spare key? There are ways of resetting it without the pain of calling your subaru dealer, They may be able to give you the code over the phone but usually charge for the privilege of talking to you !

You'll have odb 2 the older cars had two sets of plugs black for code reading and green for diagnostic, yours will just have the one, If the fans come on then you've plugged the connector in properly, I'd have another go with them plugged in and the ign to acc and spray some more cleaner in

I presume you only have the one set of plugs under the dash ? As for the boost solinoid, is it a two port or three port one ? (The number of hoses in and out) I'd have another go at cleaning but spray spray and spray some more until it comes out. What fuel are you running it on ?
