  1. Buy the turbo if you get the n/a you'd think what if or I wish..
  2. Not got a clue on the part number, I've been looking at changing mine so I may ring subaru tomorrow if I get chance, most people stick higher flow pumps in depends on if you want to have the car remapped at a later date, I went for a Roger Clarke pump but there are others available, probably best to get a gasket what ever you decide to do, (these are cheaper from the US) I'll pop a part number up for that.
  3. No worries mate, spoke to dunc the other day and a tweak was the same price as I'd managed to get a brand new maf for so just bought one
  4. It's down there ! Follow The larger hose that's going back down to the block this pcv valve will be there
  5. The warm idle should be on a sticker on the bonnet, think for auto's it's about 800-850rpm, cold idle I see anything up to 1500 which drops to 700-750 (manual) As for fuel pressure no idea i'm sure someone will know though Pcv valve is down between the turbo to ic hose and corner of the block, I'll put up a pic, no idea how much new ones are but US sites have them listed at about $25
  6. Looks like a nice example, sure you'll have no problems finding a nww owner, good luck with the sale
  7. Samco Take too !Removed! long to get if the don't have stock,6-8 weeks I was last quoted for a set, What goods that to anyone, Recently started using viper performance in the west mids, have massive stock holding and are half the price of Samco
  8. Just given icp a call, the maf is actually 45 quid cheaper than advertised whoop !

  15. Stainless would be the better option, and cheaper as subaru want silly money, as for custom places around Manchester I've no idea I'll let somone else answer that ☺ Drop David a message as he had his replaced recently
  16. Hello &welcome, both Mr B (independent garage) & forum member and widesam are from your neck of the woods and should be able to help with your query , Get stuck in and have a nosey round were all friendly here [emoji3]
  17. Cheers for the link [emoji3] Did you do a reset of the ecu so it can re 'learn' the new sensors and get the fueling right ? Failing that I'd check the ht leads failing that maybe the fuel filter.
  18. 1998-2002 is the sf production run There's a thread here somewhere with all the part numbers, Are you replacing all 4 or just the rears ?
  19. Is yours an import ? I doubt if will have the sls units as standard, have a look at the rear shock legs if there's a remote reservoir attached to the leg then it's an sls unit, if not it's bog standard, So you can fit normal shocks with springs, kyb do shocks and you can get custom made springs from various places, Pedders also do a lowering kit and it drops the car by about 30mm You can also use impreza shocks/springs however it will sit low at the back as ideally you'd need to pit a spacer inbetween the topmount and car to take into account the different spring rates between the models, finally if you do go down the impreza route, you'd need complete units from a bugeye wagon as the tops are different from classic impreza, assuming you don't re use yours
  20. You will need to lock the left hand side cam's to avoid them dropping when tension is released something like this https://www.toolstoday.co.uk/sealey-camshaft-locking-tool?gclid=CJbupsDQ28kCFcMSwwodiFsHjQ
