  1. It can be done, there's a build thread on here where a chap has done it, I just can't find the pic at the mo. I'll keep looking 90%of people fit them where the clock is as all the wiring is in place and they are slightly easier to see at a glance,
  2. Could be a split on the tank gasket seal, under the o/s passenger seat back there's an inspection hatch also allows access to the fuel pump, good chance that it may have been split or nipped up when the hatch was put on or pump changed, is there any history of this being done ?
  3. Hello & welcome, most important is to warm it up properly before giving it the beans, regular service intervals should be adhered to apart from that the are fairly robust, most importantly enjoy [emoji38] We're all friendly here and there's a wealth of knowledge so just have a good poke around and I'm sure you'll pick up loads of good info/tips for your model, when you have a min post up some pics
  4. Looks like a good days work Sam [emoji106] Went to fill up today after yesterday's journey, 3 hours later and a 70 mile round trip [emoji33] finally got a full ish tank
  5. Hello, they should be can you post up a pic of what's on there now, as far as I'm aware they are the same as an impreza of the same year
  6. Driven to the !Removed! end of the world, 252 miles took nearly 7 hours inc a stop for dinner. Have to apologise to the bugeye owner with the spoiler risers pulling a trailer that I overtook, if you'd had the light/number plate board attached to the trailer instead of lying flat in the back i'd have known what direction you intended to take
  7. I can they won't fit yours as the spring rates are different at a guess http://www.pedders.co.uk/subaru-forester-sf-lowering-suspension-kit_p23267271.htm
  8. Do it sav! Haha sat is normal rwyb and camping for Sunday, your weekend ticket entitles you to turn up at any point sat.
  9. I've got a set of foz specific ones that have been on just over a year, good quality good customer service and a 2 year warranty over all I wanted a slight drop and comfort, so went for them instead of coil overs
  10. Packing the car for a trip to wales Associated woman/toddler items still more to get packed Man packing Beginning to think the misses may see that the foz isn't as big as make out to be [emoji58]
  11. Little subdued for you that mate, been to see the bank manager? i'm away for a week so I'll send my address over when I get back,
  12. Biggest hold up was that civic that went into the wall, is there any series events on the Sunday this time ?
  13. It is isn't it ? Sat is open to all marque's Sunday jap only?
  14. You must know mine ? Saw some gimp like creature running up the street late last night with just the !Removed! cheeks glinting in the moonlight, Told ash we were to and that was the last I heard from him
  15. Hi mate, may be worth looking on ebay, have a search for impartsb46 have loads of dead stock at silly low prices
  16. Did he say if he's camping ?
  17. Gambit, did you get anything from ash ?
  18. Think yours is between 50-60l just be careful not to split the tank gasket, as they are cheaper from subaru us than here in uk but obviously a wait for it to get here
  19. If you really want to investagate if it doesn't move after driving more then the tank inspection hatch is easy to get at, and removing the pump is easy enough to, to be honest I cleaned the in tank needle thing on the sender but it made no difference, I bet if you drive more the gauge will go down faster than gambits leathers [emoji15]
  20. Sounds about right, mine won't move for ages then it will drop like a stone between half and quarter. It never even came on for the 1st year no matter how long I left the needle on the bottom and dared myself to drive ! Mine only has one needle in the tank as subaru & operates an intank jet pickup squirter to move the fuel from one side to the other, The float shouldn't be getting stuck unless someone has removed the pump and bent the arm when replacing it
  21. Subaru won't do eml327 need one with a different protocol have a look for the torque app and one on either ebay or a more detailed one There's a thread I'll dig out for you
  22. nick, there's a five quid handling fee when going through a 3rd party ☺
  23. Should be fairly easy there's a couple people done it already, Gambit has a full pc wired up i'm his ! the hardest part is getting it to look 'propper' in my opinion
