So mappers usually install them when going for loads more than stock boost. Front mounts usually require some cutting of the inner wing and maybe the front beam. And you'd need to have the map tweaked as the volume of air and distance it needs to travel is going to upset the running of the car. Any idea what turbo is on there, you may need to go bigger to hit 400. It wouldn't be a surprise if the cat is still putting out the dyno figures quoted as mine's nearly 20 and makes over 200bhp

Hi welcome, feel free to get stuck in and get some pics up [emoji16] Lambda sensors are a weak point, if your handy with spanner it can be changed in 10mins. If you buy a cheap odb2 scanner and an app for your phone you should be able to determine if it's the front or the rear, As for decatting you'll need a remap as it will bring the management light on permanently, also could cause over boost issues. How much of an increase in horsepower are you after ? As a front mount isn't really necessary on new age cars unless you want to go above 350bhp This will also require mapping in, if you were to go down the remap route you'd need to budget for an uprated fuel pump to avoid running lean under increased boost.

Seems a bit odd but I've no dealings with the new duratorque units Can't get it looked at till Thursday it doesn't loose that much so I'm topping it off daily, Want to prepair and sort out hire vans if needed, is it an engine out job ?

I've an esl board in my ecu so if I want to change map I have to go through a process of turning the ignition on throttling up turning off and releasing the throttle pedal (i think) then the management light will flash once or twice depending on which one I want. Not used it yet as only been running the twin maps for a month and I have half a dozen shell stations with vpower within 5 miles of Leeds City Centre

Not sure about the size i'll do some digging but the 04 is a great turbo spools up fast and gives good power just runs out of puff earlier than an 05 Rick has a uk spec foz and he swapped his tf35 for a td04 with no problems,

There should be a gearbox code on the side of the housing, pull that and anything with the same code will fit. I'm not the best man to recomended 'boxes but that's the basics and I'm sure someone will be along in a while to give more advice

Somone told me pioneer make the subaru sat nav units have you had the headunit out ? May say something on the back or an expansion to add bluetooth. I do you have the tweeters in the top of the door ? I replaced the coax with 3 ways left me lacking in bass though. Complimented the whole thing with a small active underseat sub. It's not too big and rounds off the system nicely.

May be worth starting with the speakers, some us owners have said it's made a vast improvment, and they'd stuck with the stock head unit afterwards, is yours the one with the sat nav on top of the dash or lower down in the centre console ? I only went to halfords as just having my first child I was on a budget for a change, managed to get a pair of fronts that didn't require spacing and don't foul the window mechanism, the rears shouldn't be a problem as the sit lower down

At lest it's got one resonator in the centre so shouldn't be silly loud. Have you had a look on YouTube to see if there are any sound clips of it ?
