Depends should have it printed on the back of the wheel, not sure about the sti foz but all the other ones have an offset of 48 where as the impreza has 55. Also the stud pattern may be different, classic use 100 pcd where as my05 is 114pcd

May have an issue removing the existing bush, do you have a press ? A vice may do it with a bit of wood but previous experience on smaller bush removal says they can be a pig to do, There's a good chance you'll need an alignment session done after as well

Least it shop's that he's busy which is better than nothing I suppose. Have you done anything to try and stop it from growing ? I'd maybe take the paint off the worse side and treat the rust then pop some zinc based primer on it. Least it will slow it down a bit

You could always try www.importcarparts.co.uk if you can't see what you want call them as they normally have it. 90% of the impreza parts from the same year fit you'll just have to double check, I'm not so clued up on the 2nd gen car but I'll see if I can dig out some bits
