btw, i'm sure you don't need reminding that you should'nt have unmatched tyres on either axle... 4x4 really love same tyre/equal tread all round if poss... **assume you put the bridgestone in as a spare and now have 4 falkens ?
-
falkens v.good imo.... espesh at the price point.. i have 914's on my Avantime and previously on my mitsu 4/4 got good mileage too and fine in the wet.
-
i'll second that emotion.....tra la la...

Ok, just removed these Subaru rubber overmats which came with my recently purchased Outback...but are deffo not designed for the Legacy floorplan. (i've replaced with a "correct" set) Hoping they will be of use to someone here who can identify/owns the model they are designed to fit. No wear on ribs so suspect they were bunged in mine to cover carpet before sale. Could do with a scrub but are in VG nick. Just p+p for any takers...

hi, the socket and cabling kit back to the HU are like rockin' horse sh*t now...(and way over £100 if you can source overseas )and the Aux button only responds if summat is plugged in... i managed to find a socket in USA and got a scooby guy from glasgow to make me a harness so i can retrofit.. alternative hacks include putting the 3.5mm in the "ashtray" next to the 12v outlet. (less cable) others have substituted a new all singing HU or an aftermarket kit that uses the CD input to power an aux socket....(assuming you don't play CD's anymore) cheapest option to access your toons is FM transmitter ......i'm sure others here will advise..

yep, bought the update from them ^^^ and worked straight out the box,, no issues. it doesn't update the UI only the maps.... checking the version on the info screen in the car it actually shows up as a 2014, but considering it was replacing the original its a big improvement.!!
-
glad you've found it,,not mentioned on the paint link either ! maybe see you around sometime,,i store a van near baldock so use the A1 a fair bit.
-
hi + welcome from another newish 07 O/B owner (near St albans)...(had mine since August) yet to see another locally, you may be the 1st !! according to the 2007 uk spec brochure there were only 5 colours available ..(.the others in the link ^^ must have been options ? or overseas spec.) urban grey metallic--brilliant silver metallic--newport blue pearl--champagne gold opal--obsidian black pearl

do you mean disable the function completely ? if so, there's nothing in my manual. maybe someone here knows different, or maybe a dealer could help ? the d/l is auto disabled when entering the car using the remote. (or the key in door lock) and reset likewise.
-
no personal experience on those newish models but i've heard some folk loving the autos and others hating the cvt... not much help i know,,plenty reviews online,,assume you've driven both so i guess you'll figure your preference !

28k and {since pix taken} now on cherished plates...and towbar fitted. Stock spec' and looking to fit new SS exhaust after chrimbo. also thinking of changing the grille to mesh black. maybe !
-
got my new dual console box from japan today, so fitted it. i was exhausted after the 5 mins it took to screw in..
-
dunno if this helps....snipped from google images... looks like the black band is in the glass, not a rubber trim.. i thought all w'screen glass was fully bonded nowadays.. rubber is so last century !!!
-
i've been thinking about doing mine...buts it's a 3.0... *wonder if anyone on here has experience of that*

am i right to assume the tank is fitted in place of the spare wheel ? and that your OB is a 4 pot ?
