  1. At its MOT on April 14th 2018, it has an advisory for play in the prop shaft centre bearing and a damaged CV gaiter. It has a massive change in mileage on one of its MOT's. Possibly clocked but returns to the higher mileage the next year albeit lower than the previous, previous.
  2. Heartbreaking [emoji25] Good news you're all alright. Hopefully the other motor was insured and legal.
  3. Has it been converted to Miles on the odometer, if so, when?
  4. Bit of luck, not only would it cost an arm and a leg in travel but you'd need to sell your house to cover the cost of all the work clinic find your car "needs" doing. Let alone leaving it with them. Have a Google for what they did to another chaps Impreza. Short story, they deliberatly hit potholes to cause damage as video footage proves. Then threatened him with legal action after going public. They mugged him off and ate humble pie for it.
  5. Go to a few test stations in person. Ask for a friendly mot. They might send you packing or they'll help you out.
  6. Good to hear you had a pleasant experience. Duncan has mapped my car twice over the 3 years I've owned it and at 178k miles it's still going strong.
  7. First bit of advice would be find a new "friendly" mot tester. Second, as far as I'm aware you don't have any cats further down the exhaust than the downpipe. That would mean yours sports car isn't cutting it in the emissions dept. Option 1 new not tester, option 2 new sports cat, option 3 new cat and re-tune.
  8. I would imagine you won't get much help on a public forum. Pop down to a few garages in person and ask. You'll get a completely different answer to if you called over the phone.
  9. Possible but being a gx I'd hazard a guess at it being less likely an air leak.
  10. It could be coil pack. It could also be spark plugs. When were the plugs last changed?
  11. Not a steam version as such but the same as going to Morrisons for biscuits or Tesco. They're both mcvities but you probably prefer going to one store over another.
  12. If it's steam version, it's bought from one vendor. I know it runs on uplay, I have wildlands which was bought on steam but runs on uplay. Discovered it is the uplay version.
  13. Try adding pictures and a rough price to increase your chance of a sale instead of a bump. [emoji846]
  14. I was looking for the exact same gearbox a year ago(give or take) couldn't find one reasonably priced. Ended up getting mine repaired/rebuilt. What's wrong with the current gearbox?
  15. Have you checked the power steering fluid? May be at full lock the pump runs low and struggles to maintain pressure.
  16. Went and bought a wheel myself. Project cars 2, Oculus rift, wheel...heaven.
  17. Smashing pubg on pc. Picked up kingdom come deliverance but didn't get on with it so refunded it. Wildlands was on sale so grabbed that. Will get going on it soon.
  18. Welcome to the club Danny. Stick some pictures up of what you've got. Any spec at all?
  19. Welcome to Subaru Owners Club [emoji4] Looks ace
  20. Good show. I didn't want to sound patronising but a lot.of the time I've found the kit is ordered but it's not always a universal fit.
  21. When you say "all the parts" do you have the adapters and t piece too?
  22. Good luck with the sale. What price did you have in mind?
  23. Pick a track day and we go for it and get it tested ;-) I think there is a track day first weekend of Feb at brands. Give MSVT a call and tell them you want to book but want to get tested first. I'm sure they'll let you pop in.
