  2. Wotcha and welcome - I agree with previous statements you should get an early model for that price but I think it will have been modified
  3. Wotcha and welcome Jim - thats a tidy machine you have there, very nice, tyre choice are somewhat dependant on how you drive and what condition you will be driving in. We are fortunate in that we have quite a few members from Scotland who may be able to offer their own preference based on experience. I myself opt for Continental Sport Contact 3's - however I have used Yokohamas, Hankooks and Toyo's in the past with no issues but the Conti's I thought gave better wet surface grip over Toyo's If I remember correctly ScottishTaffy (after the annual Highland run) highly recommended Goodyear Eagles

Wotcha chum - so all you good work has been for a great cause, point your mum in our direction as Im sure she will want to understand the finer points of four wheel drifting :P Keep your eyes out for the right car - you have already turned one example around sure you could sort another one without too much hassle ;)

Subaru VDC is Vehicle Dynamics Control - similar to traction control and stability management on other cars They all look pretty similar - as Gambit says our resident experts would have to expand on details but I was looking at both the black one and the silver VDC to be imported as an option for the father in law
  19. sounds like leaf or leaves trapped either in the fan or in the trunking, does it change pitch when you turn the fan up or down / disappear when fan turned off?
