  1. result on the exhaust, enjoying following the progress on this one. wrt the dump valves I think its all down to personal taste both Forge and HKS do a quality product but as you said HKS gives more variety / flexibility with the sound - its like trying to choose between Ben and Jerrys and Hagen daas :P
  2. nothing to add other than, wotcha and welcome to the forum - all covered above B)
  3. Awesome job - do like the seat :D
  4. Those will do the job ;)
  5. I think I have found where the Subaru concept car went... didnt even bother to change the paint job http://www.wired.com/autopia/2014/01/lexus-rc-f/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+wiredautopia+%28Wired%3A+Blog+-+Autopia%29#slide-id-147161
  6. It shouldnt be too complicated to remove it - panel pops off from inside then undo mounting screw / bolts after disconnecting electrical cable
  7. ^^^ :D :D :D :D
  8. Congratulations!! :) I know its not necessarily what you would like to hear but as long it has x4 doors and you can get a push chair in the boot it will work as a family car, maybe change the shocks back to standard to get a slightly softer ride and it could work no problem
  9. That is an impressive spec - my advice, same as given to a mint WR1 owner, have a price in mind that you will be happy parting with it and stick to it, may take some time but the right person will come along.
  10. Wotcha and welcome buddy - thanks for the compliment - as Gambit says its only due to the members we have on here - feel free to dive right in ;)
  11. bit of 'T' cut will sort that out :D great to hear you are all ok - and big congrats to your missus I know she will have had to put in some serious graft to get that under her belt
  12. Pete has it - it is indeed the Dukes of Hazzard
  13. sounds like a cog has dislodged or broken a tooth or two internally - the buzzing is either the motor trying to move and cannot because stuck or the motor moving and rattling against the broken cog
  14. when it comes to the exhaust PPP options tend only to be the backbox so getting a full milltek system will reap more results (with filter, map and uprated fuel pump) form an insurance persepctive dealer fitted PPP options tend to be more friendly giving wider options but if you shop around there are more people now willing to offer insurance to modded cars at a reasonable cost
  15. okey dokey diddly pokey
  16. good on her :D :D :D
  17. As above - engine swop or sell / exchange for turbo model, simplist way. With the mileage yours has done bolting on a turbo charger without a full rebuild would not be wise so better to go for the simple options
  18. Used Hankooks many years ago - had no problem with them - it was sometime back though but heard nothing to say they have gone off the game
  19. Is it not 'the Abyss'?
  20. That is a good price B)
  21. hmmm maybe its a grower will have to sleep on it, not convinced yet
