  6. Wotcha and welcome - plenty of classic love on here check out Savage Bulldogs build thread
  7. Wotcha and welcome - I agree with replacing the Cobb flash with a bespoke map but as for everything else, keep a camera handy and feel free to create a project thread. 😉

  9. Wotcha and welcome - stacks of info and friendly members on here 👍
  10. Wotcha and welcome - from what I have seen the newer subarus all have the plastic runners with removable pieces where racks can be mounted so I dont think you will have an issue there.
  11. Wotcha and welcome, my fave legacy front end 👍👍
  12. Wotcha and welcome - Subaru do not make a great diesel, they do have some issues, but their petrol options whilst a being better solutions throughout can be comparative with diesel mpg dependent on the type of mileage you do - urban vs distance. So if you were to go Subaru go petrol not diesel is what I would suggest - members have also been very pleased with the XV, have you considered that model?
  13. Wotcha and welcome - as above awesome machine that - keep a camera for video handy when you start rolling, would be interested in how this moves and sounds
  14. Wotcha and welcome - you could modify wrx headers - they are made to connect to a turbo then to an exhaust - you just need them to go straight to an exhaust. It might be worth chcking with someone like Cobra who will make you an exhaust and see if they could mate it to the manifold without the need to modify??
  15. Wotcha and welcome - unfortunately cannot answer any of your questions but hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along
  16. simple but also check for leaks - spray some carb cleaner on your pipe joints whilst idling if the revs rise you have a leak
  17. Wotcha and welcome - clean wagon that 👍
  18. I also have been taking advantage of the great weather, however I have recently joined a FB group and whilst it is active I find it harder to navigate and search for information vs a forum so a lot of questions get repeated quite regularly. So do prefer the forum approach myself given the choice
  19. Hi Dave - do you have a price in mind and some photos may generate more interest
  20. Wotcha and welcome - looking mean 👍
  21. Wotcha and welcome 😊
  22. Wotcha and welcome - may not have huge bhp but that drive train will keep you honest in all conditions no problem
  23. Wotcha and welcome 👍
  24. Wotcha and welcome - couldn't tell you about off the shelf exhaust but you drop by Cobra and get a full stainless system fitted
