wheel issue on 08 wrx
How did you get on?? Had a thought - is there a significant weight increase with the 18 inch alloys over the 17's? some aftermarket alloy and wheel combinations can be heavier than the originals?

Induction kit. To or not to that's the question
On its own I wouldnt bother - spend your money elsewhere. Most recent example is here - going back to a standard box removed the hesitation experienced with an induction kit

what your thoughts on spoilers
yup - IMO a bit much - one or the other

Frankenstein Impreza - AKA "The Souparu"

Upgrades for an Outback
Wotcha and welcome - as above due to it being N/A big power wont be something to go for but as Stants said plus look at a high flow panel filter with a freer flowing exhaust (sport cat) then a remap - this wont give massive bhp but will ensure your engine is running at its optimum so best mpg etc will be possible

My Subi has Chicken Pox!!
yup they are on this forum somewhere - I know Gambit uploaded some ages ago but here is an alternate link that may work... http://jdmfsm.info/Auto/Japan/Subaru/Impreza/?utm_source=SubaruOwnersClub&utm_medium=ForumLinks

what your thoughts on spoilers
Not a fan of the evo vortex roof spoiler I prefer the high line roof blade option, like the big spoiler on boot lid though High line roof blade example http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Carbon-Fiber-Roof-Spoiler-For-Subaru-Impreza-WRX-STI-2002-2007-GD-GG-Racing-AT-/220497375232

Garage Recommendation Please
As above - what are the indications you need the valves clearances checking adjusting?

Whats best turbo
Matts guidance is almost correct follow most of what he said but look at the turbo itself - it is stamped / cast on the housing

wheel issue on 08 wrx
hmm no, profile size matches with what I ran although I had 245's on the 18's, that shouldn't affect it though

Check your Impreza subframe
Yup this is an issue with keeping the lower panels in place, water sits there and rots the subframes. Fortunately it is a reasonably straightforward job to repair / repaint or replace the units

spoiler risers
I'm with Stants - remove it and get a lip spoiler - not keen on that particular style of spoiler risers or not. But that is just my opinion

Popping a couple of turbos on a 3L H6 !!!
what a sleeper 800bhp fozzie - awesome!!

wheel issue on 08 wrx
I had 18's on my Sti with no issues - the manual did say you would get some noise from the diff on occasion but I was never as extreme as you describe - what size are the tyres on your 17's?

Popping a couple of turbos on a 3L H6 !!!
I know an engine builder who has plans to do the same twin turbo H6 setup - will be a beast

Hawkeye side lights
depends which ones you have installed currently - I have LEDs in my Scoob and Vito - both have been in for quite a while so I would say stick with LEDs

You just gotta lol
Hi sorry - slightly confused by the TLA - are you saying your Intake Absolute Manifold Pressure is down to zero? If the car is still generating boost but the manifold pressure is zero there is a huge mismatch (or hole) somewhere between what the turbo is capable of holding and the engine needs. The MAP sensor is a key player here but given the history I wouldn't know if it was calibrated prior to or during the session you had. We just have a snapshot of one thing happening and no view of the relationship to the rest of you motor so I just guessing - sorry
