  1. Wotcha and welcome - hopefully you can track it down
  2. Wotcha and welcome
  3. Wotcha and welcome - as above an ECUTEK with a map specifically for the car is better than a cobb generic option. Another member in your location has concerns about the transmission oil over heating in your climate but he has an auto box so you could be more sympathetic - if you are going to tow though I would consider a trans oil cooler
  4. Wotcha and welcome
  5. That is a clean example - hopefully it will find a new home
  6. Wotcha and welcome - which issue was it as we had some initial commments on the forum but didnt hear anything further
  7. Wotcha and welcome - keep us posted

  11. Wotcha and welcome - I dont think the bantam is that heavy - less than 100Kg so you should be fine. Let us know teh year though as you may the self levelling suspension
  12. Wotcha and welcome - clean motor that, we have a few members going to various different shows to plenty of opportunities to meet up
  13. Wotcha and welcome
  14. Wotcha and welcome - my fave version of the legacy that model - consider an STI style grill
  15. Wotcha and welcome - great colour!
  16. yup but you will have to keep it completely original - the rivet counters wont like it if it becomes non standard in anyway - oh and you need to win some WRC rallys in it as well
  17. will keep you posted - ones on ebay all seem to be stick on options and not as good as the originals I have
  18. collected the wheels and took the car off the axle stands - contacted Subaru about sourcing some centre cap replacements
  19. As I understand it from teh research I did prior to buying teh hatch - the blocks were the same between WRX and STI - as you say internals differ on earlier models buuuuuut IM am not convinced the hatch internals do either - all the stuff I found prior to buying the hatch in WRX vs STI spec related to chassis and I/C not engine internals - but happy to be corrected on that, maybe if they did differ from the factory some of the reported failures may not have happened???
  20. Hi - couple of Spec D's I looked at initially were both grey so not sure about the just silver colour scheme.
  21. good luck with the sale - clean looking motor there
  22. Wotcha and welcome!!
  23. Wotcha and welcome - feel free to get stuck in, all friendly on here - I look forward to hearing about your motor as there have been some mixed feedback on suabru diesels
  24. Wotcha and welcome - get one which has already had forged pistons put in. I had an STI with the prodrive package running 330 bhp which later became the 330s model, had no issues. Am looking forward to having another.
  25. car on axle stands - took wheels in to be repaired and powdercoated
