  1. Looking good - I like the contrast in bonnet / roof setup but would have to see how the wrap stood up over time, cracking motor though
  2. Had it more in the STI not having the the scoop makes it more low profile but do still acknowledge them myself though

Suzuki TS50ER Suzuki DR600 Yamaha RD350 YPVS F2 MK1 Astra 1.2 in beige - got resprayed black, went through so many starter motors being worn out as it it would run fine for 100's of miles then as I pulled off motorways it would just stall - never knew why?? - will probably own a Mk1 GTE at some point. Yup a model specific site will get you more members / interaction with model in common and quite a few of the members on here contribute to other model specific sites - with this forum we throw a wide Subaru net but it takes time to build the depth with some areas being more successful than others. There is a GT86 parked up that we pass quite regularly by me and I get a nudge in the ribs from SWMBO as she fancies a little two door number so I can see one of those being added to the list at some point
  7. That does look like a clean example - engine bay looks "honest" - there were a couple of people in the intros section looking for motors - might be worth pointing them in his direction?
  8. Brilliant - thanks for that
  9. Yup they do look awesome but as Stants said knowing the PCD etc will let people know if they will fit their motor ☺
  10. Messed about with stereo unit after disconnecting power Replaced pollen filter
  11. Guess how I spent my afternoon.... If you lose power to the Kenwood FXDD07EF2 unit all of the stored navigation information is lost - next time power comes on it says insert MAP DVD with no other on screen options. To eject your update DVD to allow installation of the original NAV DVD first press the eject / tilt button then whilst the screen is in full tilt position press and hold the top right corner of the touch screen for 5 seconds or so - this will then eject the update DVD and allow the installation of the earlier version from Subaru. 12. Did you get the crossovers put in? Did it sort the issue?
  13. Wotcha and welcome - unfortunately I cannot answer your question but hopefully one of the other members more familiar with your model will be along in a bit
  14. Great stuff thanks ☺
  15. ooooohhhh liking that a lot - now def on the mod list - do you have a link?
  16. filled up with Vpower - took delivery of some service parts - cam belt kit arrived plus 1st half of oils coolants and filters
  17. I have run black diamond in the past and been pleased with the results - currently running brembo discs which are good for the road use but I don't know as they would be great on the track - that may well be down to original rubber hoses in place and not due to the pads themselves
  18. There are a couple of threads where this was discussed - as I remember the only issue may be when it comes to MOT time as HIDs are supposed to have an auto levelling function fitted. However the amount of kits available I would suggest there are a fair few fitted without this in place
  19. Fitted the missing pair of spacers so all wheels now sit equally in the arches
  20. Wotcha and welcome - if the 2.5 lump is a 4 cylinder it will go in - not sure with the legacy if it is a 6 cylinder or not though??
  21. Liking the spoiler
  22. Purchased stuff for the big service ahead of the 50k mile marker
  23. check and see if it changes temp with the aircon switched on - you may be looking at something electrical also
