With the mods I don't know if it will run particularly smoothly with a standard ECU given the freer flowing intake and exhaust? You may just be putting money in for no return

The injectors may not all be spraying the same - apparently they can be really mismatched - it sounds like you have two areas to investigate prior to another garage session

I found the tarox / mintex combo years ago spot on - have you replaced the brake fluid and fitted braided hoses? Also I used black diamond pads in past and would use them again - didnt wear anywhere near as fast as the mintex
