  4. wotcha and welcome - yes I will also be watching the project section
  5. Wotcha and welcome - One thing I would say is dont use cheap fuel and keep sticking an additive in every 3 tanks or so - The fuel is getting more an more bio added to it my merc vito was throwing out black gunk from the exhaust, it took a BG products clean cycle then use of additives to sort it out but it all runs a lot crisper now - and no gunk
  6. Wotha and welcome - I was also late to the party, trying to make full use of the time now though
  7. Wotcha and welcome - let us know how you get on
  8. Wotcha and welcome - would be great if you could get photos of the work as it goes along - start a project thread
  9. Wotcha and welcome - feel free to get the camera out
  10. Wotcha and welcome - you may get used to the power (or lack of) quite quickly. but you have the 4wd system so handling will be an improvement over the mazda 3, the FWD and traction control used to fight all the time when we had one and it used to kangaroo around corners then wash out
  11. Wotcha and welcome - yup dont be camera shy
  12. Wotcha and welcome - hopefully you can track it down
  13. Wotcha and welcome - as above an ECUTEK with a map specifically for the car is better than a cobb generic option. Another member in your location has concerns about the transmission oil over heating in your climate but he has an auto box so you could be more sympathetic - if you are going to tow though I would consider a trans oil cooler
  14. That is a clean example - hopefully it will find a new home
  15. Wotcha and welcome - which issue was it as we had some initial commments on the forum but didnt hear anything further
  16. Wotcha and welcome - keep us posted
  17. Set up a thread in the for sale section - include photos and a price
  18. Wotcha and welcome - I dont think the bantam is that heavy - less than 100Kg so you should be fine. Let us know teh year though as you may the self levelling suspension
  19. Wotcha and welcome - clean motor that, we have a few members going to various different shows to plenty of opportunities to meet up
