  2. I wasnt a bug fan until I started seeing them in darker colours - makes a mean looking motor

  5. no it should be connected - but dependant on which 2 are connected already it could be one of three choices Here is a load of info on the pill, what it does and a diagram of a 3 port solenoid fitted about half way down the page https://www.cobbtuning.com/support/how-subarus-factory-boost-control-system-works-v1-09/
  6. came across this a while back, quite like teh way he went with it http://www.speedhunters.com/2012/09/featurethis-a-sideways-subaru-svx/
  7. Wotcha and welcome - yes the pill is needed as it helps regulate the pressure your turbo is putting into your engine - I think I have read somewhere that if you have a 3 way boost solenoid fitted you no longer need the pill but if not you will need it
  8. I have used Blackcircles in the past http://www.blackcircles.com/ or ebay will get you budget through to high end
  9. If you hold out for the right buyer there is someone who may hold some sentimental value in the car which may push the price up a little

Is it teh heat that does it or the UV rays? A lot of the modern detailing coatings have a UV protection in them
  17. So wish I had the cash - would have that off you in short order but unfortunatly at this point I dont - does look mint and hopefully someone will take it off your hands
  18. Shift light is easy to wire up - just took a bit of tweaking to get it coming on at the right revs - dont think you will have an issue
  19. If you have a gauge with an associated sensor you can use that or you can use a switch on the dash and manually activate it, I haven't read the details on these last two fan options but there may be a temp switch / potentiometer already within the unit and you are just wiring up a supply for the fan
  20. Wotcha and welcome - lot of wagon love on here at the moment so feel free to get stuck in
  21. Wotcha and welcome!!
  22. yup - not too shabby
  23. wotcha and welcome - sharp looking motor there - love the black old gold combo - very Lotus JPS ish
  24. In theory as long as you have one with a matching thread any decent (eg bosch) wideband sensor would work. Just check the signal voltage once you have replaced it other wise you will generate an error - some may require a calibration. Although a UK site - this is quite cheap http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FOR-SUBARU-IMPREZA-1-5-2009-4-WIRE-FRONT-LAMBDA-OXYGEN-SENSOR-DIRECT-FIT-/121867934201?hash=item1c5fe519f9:g:dAwAAOSwCypWm7Wx
