  8. sounds like its hitting fuel cut, check for leaks in the pipes. if youd change the pipework i;d sugest restrictor pill, but if thats not changed then must be somethign else
  9. at 110k then i'd def recomend a full refresh, the berings wiull be pretty worn i expect
  10. afraid its not as simple as getting it programed out, cos they get water into them (which is why they fail) they can lock witht he butterflies in the wrong position and stuff up the afr. you need to blank of the system, remove the butterflies and then map it out.
  11. looks a bit meh when its fitted, but shows where its relocated
  12. afraid dont know much about them other than fitting isnt great. have you trued googling japspeed front mount engine bay? see if theres ome images to show what other folks have dont
  13. could be one of various sensors, have you chagne any pipework recently?
  14. yeah, they are softer than the potenza's i had on, but the potenzers go hard and crack before they wear out on mine lol
  15. pair of rear tyres for me today, went for michelin pilot sport 4's
  16. what milage is it on? if your planning to keep the car long term i;d bite the bullet and get it fulled rebuilt, no worries abotu what might happen in the future then
  17. 2.5 are renowned for dropping headgaskets. £1700 sounds very cheap for a headgasket on a 2.5. You need to full strip and replace the crank bearings as they have a tendancy to be damaged when the HG goes as they get pinched.
  18. not mine i should add haha, clinic started for a customer in 2007, then recession hit and it got shelved, got dug out a few months back,
  19. you could try some of the aftermarkt wheel suppliers like wheelbase etc looks like cheapest package is about £900, which for wheels and tyres isnt too bad (winter tyres) and wheels arnt awfull lol
  20. rear diff, hubs, dreiveshafts etc etc etc are all different you'll need a full donor car basicly
  21. was it still on the stock engine?
  22. Dont think theres been any organised on here for a fair few years now
  23. as above really depends how far you wanna travel, scoobyclinic up at chesterfield built mine. where ever you go make sure you get the bottom end done as well, crank bearings are often damaged when the HG goes.
