  1. True, when will we know by ? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  2. I can'can't fault the pedders kit I have on mine, it actually increased the ride height as the rears had collapsed that much [emoji15] if it's a like for like swap I can't see the ins company ramping up the premium Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  3. Rough idea on who's camping ? Boots were you able to camp in the club stand ? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  4. Haha how do you even make that work ? Never understood the whole 'stance' & vw euro thing Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  5. Front Middle Mid towards diff Rear Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  6. Lol I know I've just done the front calipers for same reason, My bushes are origional (18years) so it should be ok, my guess is the bolt has been put back in and not aligned properly, good luck & let us know how you get on Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  7. I'm.on it mate, off to take some pics Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  8. If the suspensions been changed or any works been done to the rear of the car the bolts will have been removed, and you need a geo set up again so maybe someone did something and didn't get it re aligned after, The camber bolts are on the lower strut leg by the hub, it's a possibility they didn't know about it, who did you take it to ? As you have seen it's only a cam on the bolt so I'd go back to the garage and ask them to have another look You'll notice a difference in handling and you should get better tyre wear too with a correct set up Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  9. Dogmas no longer active and i've no idea about the other two posters
  10. This is true dave although by all accounts this is the 2nd time in a year it's up for sale, so maybe people don't get it or have accrued too many points, 360bhp &nearly 400ftlbs or torque gets you from a to b very quickly indeed Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  11. When parked up does it look like a dog scraping it's bum along the floor Or look visibly lower at the back ? If so then it's more than likely shot, I can't remember what the hub to arch clearence should be maybe 660 mm at the rear at least. Could always gently lift the rear of the car buy the arch nd let go see how much it sags, also a reasonable indication Although mine didn't have sls units my shocks were dead, so I stuck on the pedders lowering kit, dropped by a couple of inches, still enough to be able take it down dirt tracks etc with confidence of not grounding out but the handling and look of the car increased dramatically. Another good value for money upgrade is to ditch the rear arb as it's useless and go to a 20 or 22mm bar with solid metal droplinks and bin off the crappy plastic ones. Turn in is vastly improved Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  12. Thought I'd recognised it. It affectionately named "the hearse' owned by somone on UK foz sold last year but was wearing private plates and different wheels Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  13. If I had 10k i'd be seriously tempted. One drive through your local village in that & people would be getting out the way ! Least they'd hear you coming Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  14. I got mine made up, I think it's to do with the extra couple of inches on the boot floor and the impreza ones are angled slightly up ? May be worth looking into a wagon system might not be as much modification to do Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  15. Give me half hour and I'll get some up for you, been meaning to take some for another member but not got round to it so a kick up the !Removed! is what I needed haha Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  16. Did they check to see if the camber bolts were ok and aligned properly ? Just about everything is adjustable and you can buy different camber bolts from eibach or whitline to add a bit more of you want Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  17. Shouldn't be to hard, find an ign live under dash tap into that, install an in line fuse as you'll have chopped the cig lighter adaptor off I guess, then ground the negative wire to a suitable point Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  18. Hello, not sure if they came as standard or you could tick an options list, some of them have an external unit stuck to the shock leg, about the size of a red bull can, best of googling it brings up loads of images. You can buy a complete replacement kit from pedders inc tops springs & struts or you can buy separate springs and shocks Mr b is your man on here, have a look in the forester sub section as a member has just changed his for normal shocks/springs, there's a thread with various options and part no's Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  19. Hello & welcome feel free to get involved and post up some pics Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  20. Yeah should be ok, I'll take a pic of mine as I was told that it routes round the diff a little differently but if you know people with the welding tools then your laughing, Not sure about the filter, are you going to delete the snorkel and resonator & put it in the wing ? If so maybe a bit of silicone hose and unbolt the airbox from the maf if possible, depends on the setup they change from year to year Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  21. Bridlington ☺ I'm not available it's an in laws birthday do on the 1st (I knew I was doing something when you said on Monday ash) Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  22. What's hiding under the tarp ? Thought an old landy at 1st but it looks to big unless there's other bits perched on top? Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  23. Rather randomly got a new welcome pack and shirt/stickers & another halfords card ? Thought I'd renewed not signed up again Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  24. Hello sounds like the crank, All depends on what you want to do/plans with the car & how much you initially paid weather it would be worth it or break it for spares, 2nd hand engine would be cheapest option but may go pop. Rebuild is best way then you'll be able to spec it how you want and will know what's what, but you won't see much change from 3-4k Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
  25. I'm with you matt, no work needed to bring it up to scratch, off to hunt for 10k haha Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
