    Had an investigate on way to work, does seem quieter when the clutch is in but I was on my own I'll take my dad out over weekend see if his ear can pinpoint it

    If you remove the lower panel to get better access at the footwell you can also wiggle the wires up the side of the top of the dash and push it back up towards the a pillar, with the gauge pod sitting a bit further out than the pillar it should sit behind it easily with no need to remove

    Not sure about newage, but the others you lift the floor mat and look directly towards the firewall and there's a rubber grommet, push through that and it's comes out Below the brake master cylinder/servo

    To be fair I'm probably worrying over nothing, I always start the car and leave it for 5-10 mins while I lock up and turn everything off, and was crawling trough traffic for a further 5 mins at least

    You got a sticker ! I got nowt the other week unless it's stuck on the ecu. Had a complete nightmare all day people being twats cutting me up in van and on way home in car. Red mist descended so I gave it some now I'm worried that I gave it too much while it wasn't warm enough ? On the plus side I've just had an email from a shipping company to say my 'car parts' have been shipped to work, trouble is I can't remember what 5he hell I've ordered

    I slackened off the rear wheels and had a look did back up and drove home, the sound comes from the left while turning right, seemed quieter, it may just be the shonky tyres i have on the rear, but will deffo try your advice Clive cheers

    Only really noticed a slightwhining noise recently as been getting used to the increased nvh from the new mounts and bushes, Only happens when turning right at speed, and appears to come from the rear ? it may have been there all along and I'm just hearing it now as I'm not using the load cover. Where do I start looking ?

    Not sure where mine came from as there's a receipt for supply and fit from autolink in Southampton. Mine are one piece items, May I ask why your looking to get some ? If it's to stop the wind noise speaking from experience they don't work, it's a design fault if you ask me, the wind comes in through the wing mirror cowl makes a right racket

    About a tank of petrol by my reckoning, I'll have to check the dates for japfest and cross reference with the nearly wife. All I seem to do is go to kids parties and general child business christenings weddings etc etc these days. Hence why I didn't make the pvd day on Sunday. I was instructed I had birthday party duties to attend [emoji25]

    They apear to be like rocking horse poo, there's couple of breakers near me but I can't be arsed as most of the cars are old and a bit battered underneath. Tis also why it's taking so long for the whiteline mounts as they don't keep them instock in the UK Sadly I've not welded anything since metalwork in school otherwise I'd have had a crack at making up a pair,
