  1. 25-30 driven carefully
  2. Medowhall close to motorway or woodhall services bit of a ball ache though, No idea mate, which parts of south yorkshire is everyone coming from ? Either way I have to pass you all so if you know of somewhere easier to stop I' easy. What time you thinking of, the nights are drawing in and don't want to get there too late
  3. No idea mate, suppose depends on how stiff they are, all you can do is give them a try, what year are they from ? What seats do you have in the front of yours ?
  4. What was needed is more marshalls/yellow flags further down the road warning people before the blind left, one bloke on the side of the track 50m before the hazard is just a joke, it's a wonder more people wren't involved in the accident, top marks for avoidance
  5. Call subaru direct, I got some of the plastic clips and a couple of the bolts for about a fiver
  6. Looks agressive now ! Yep wagon/estate same difference [emoji16] Could have removed the pegs though lol
  7. Ah yeah, when we installed the new shocks on mine we just got a jr hacksaw cut the holder bent it out a little wriggled hose back in and bent the bit of metal back down again, who can be arsed removing and bleeding it all !
  8. What was the problem mate? Just seized bolts and what not
  9. Thanks for the offer [emoji16] Isn't thst the foreman's job, mooch around get in peoples way and generally annoy everyone else !
  10. Now i'm intrigued, not much work then ! Best tell that dog of yours to look lively for a change instead of lapping up all the limelight :-D
  11. Be good to meet you mate !
  12. Shame I don't have 10k stuffed down the back of the sofa
  13. Not sure mate, I'd start another thread to have more knowledgeable responses, if it's uk to uk then I don't see it being a problem, It will cut fuel before anything goes pop though :-D
  14. Watch out the detailing militants are out :-D
  15. Turbo heatsheild ? Uppipe on way out ? Have you access to a really long screwdriver stick it on the manifold and have a listen to where you think it is
  16. Offered to sell her as the misses cant get insured on it and we need something for her to practice in for test. Only a hollow gesture as I knew she'd say no and I have no intention anyway :-D More brownie points for me though !
  17. 2nd that ! I can now only buy stuff for mine that she can't see or is hidden away :-D
  18. Forester, hg issues on the later models as tlag says, early cars not so much but it's a noisy engine, an sf model may be getting a bit long in the tooth for your needs, self leveling suspension will have had it by now, youll be able to tell by looking at the back end if it looks like a dog sitting down then walk away, plenty of aftermarket eeplacement shock options though at a third of the price of subaru ones. The ride comfort is lovely and smooth for the type of car, the newer model also sits about 2" higher than the sf. David's had a foz and now on his legacy so is better at the pros and cons of the sg model forester vs legacy, Sg model will be a better option and as long as it's been looked after should last forever, but as the others have said a leagcy would be a more suited choice,
  19. And we wont have to worried about being puled by the law in the morning stinking of booze :-D
  20. Whoop congratulations !
  21. Put me down for camping too, none of this hotel lark ! ;-) Although that sleeping bag thing looks good I can't justify the price if I only use it once a year,
  22. Do they allow light through the sides or is it more of a straight pattern ? The reflectors In the lamp aren''t great so need something that projects to be he side too
  23. Why not mate do it ! I'd get locking ones though, How big a hole do you have to cut to fit them.?
