  1. Knock sensor fault, meaning it's not working properly, Mines just done the same thing in the last couple of months, the sensors get brittle over time and crack as they sit on top of the engine block, Simple but fiddly to replace cost about 60 quid for genuine part
  2. Black connectors together under the dash then turn ignition to the 1st position the check engine light should start to flash out the codes (if any)

  11. Speak to martin at Sheffield subaru services, good bloke and competitive prices, around 400 for belt pullies idlers etc, If you don't want to travel there's always Richard Henry motorsport in Bradford or howard at hdc subaru in Hebden Bridge

  14. How much power are you aiming for ? The standard airbox is good for 350 bhp ish, depends if you want some shiny induction bits, does that one fit inside the inner wing ?
  15. Threw a bucket of water over her 1st thing after last night's wash, cracked on and cut polished and waxed, then it rained, the fumes must have got to me as decided to crack on doing my van too [emoji15]
  16. I noticed an increase in mpg and a little more 'ommph' when I used to use it in my van, unfortunately the penny punchers at head office made me revert to regular when they realised it cost 10p more a litre
  17. Join the club mate were all in the same boat, Passes and tickets are being sent out in the weeks prior to the event so I expect to get mine in the next couple of days

  24. Nah j wouldn't bother with the front unless you do track work, 22-24mm is considered pretty stiff up front
