Jap Subaru Forester Vin Number??
You'll need to ring the dvla at a guess to see if it's been registered, will probibally need some bits doing rear fog wiring in etc to make legal & speedo conversion, www.importcarparts.co.uk is your best place for parts as they'll be able to get info off the jap vin, Where abouts are you located ? Can't see on tt app

Jap Subaru Forester Vin Number??
Hello &welcome ! The vin no is on the top right, can't make out the pic too well looks like sf5028608 ? Don't bother trying to call anyone to order parts with it as most people will look at you oddly, Engine in an ej20g and can't see the transmission code, forester production started in 97, what reg is it ? If you could pop a pic of the exterior and engine they we'll be able to give you a few more details

Like a clunking sound from front left??
Could be many things, Ball joint, arb droplinks, arb bush, suspension topmount, Start with the ball joint, Jack car up give the offending wheel a wiggle see if there's any play, also get a pry bar between the arm and see if there's any up down movement, Then the rest would be visual inspection of the bushes, if you end up changing them and it still persists i'd hazard a guess at the top mount but as they are the most expensive of the list, start by eliminating everything else before changing that

330s project stealth
Yeah they hut me with the vat chestnut when I bought my catch can booo ! Noticed I don't have the blanket install pics any more apart from one sat on the turbo, the cars back on the lift Saturday so I'll grab an underside pic then

330s project stealth
I installed mine with the turbo in place just used a set of ramps and some needle nose pliers, was a bit fiddly as the blanket is pretty stiff when new. An extra pair of hands would have been helpful but doable on your own, I'll dig out a pic or two

Oil change time
So 5k interim is coming up, used millers cfs10-40 for the past 3 years and happy with it, recently noticed my oil temps hitting the mid to high 90's when really pushing on for extended periods of motorway driving, spoken to opie a while back, said there's not much point in a 10-50 any other views on this as most mapped/modded cars that I know go to 10-50? Also thinking of possibly going down to a 5w as she lives outside now and when I don't use the sump heater takes a little longer to get up to temp opinions please

Rally armour do soem to fit but aren't cheap, have a look on forester.org for various options, I believe the generic ones that scooby world et all sell fit with some minor mods, or you could do the 'ikea' mod !
