Sounds like it's cutting fuel due to overboosting, how long ago did dunc map it ? Have you contacted him telling him about the problem ? Scoobyghost had same issue withing a couple of days of having the map, he came back and sorted it, if you haven't already a 3 port boost solinoid may help but I'd speak to dunc before you do anything

The boot light was a capless 501 led the map lights are a pair of standard size festoon led's the only one that was odd was the main interior, it's either shorter or slightly longer (can't remember) than you can buy in the shops,I measured and searched online In all I think all bulbs cost a little under a tenner and made a massive improvment . 120k on an 01 isn't a great deal, depends on what you want, I love my older foz,but it shares the same traits as classic impreza 's ie the ride isn't as comfy and it's less refined, but some say tge build quality is better ? it weighs less and is smaller, the sg & sh models have nicer interiors and are generally better equipped, My advice would be to find one of each within your budget and drive them both, as long as they have been well maintained and cared for both should go on to huge mileages
