Cobra sport in Sheffield is obviously closer but about 30 quid more than the Rev exhaust, depends if fuel & the extra 300 miles on the journey outweigh the savings, I've used them and the service & quality is spot on

Correct way to Install gauges
Check the earth from the sender that we ran to the o/s wing it may have come loose as was only really a temporary measure until we got a ring connector on, also have a look at the sender to make sure the connections are tight

Auxiliary belt replacement
12 or 14mm with a small extension,undo the bolt that goes through the tensioner screw on the left of alternator as you look at it should, couple of turns of the big tension screw should see the alternator drop down enough to get belt off, pop new one on and do the reverse of what you did to do up

If you've a daily, why not just set a goal of what you want hp wise, see how much a specalist is wanting to assemble everything, start amassing parts over the next months, then when the time comes send everything off to be done, Or if your feeling brave, read savages thread and have a go yourself [emoji52]

Think I have wrecked my throttle body
Did you 'clean' off the varnish like substance that's on the very lip of the tb between the flap and the intake ? If so I reckon that's what's done it, there's supposed to be that 'lip' to make a seal when the throttle is closed, [emoji22]
