  1. I'm assuming your talking about the front fogs ? Maybe a fuse or relay in the engine bay box, As for the rear brake light I think it's a daft bulb size maybe worth changing the bulbs before going any further
  2. !Removed!, no idea as to what my show plans are for this year, house move and the misses are rinsing all money at the moment
  3. Hello & welcome, there a few owners from a bit further south on the cost that do a monthly meet
  4. Look good Jay any problems in fitting ? Thinking about maybe spacing mine so I can fit 4pots at some point be cheaper than new rims. Who's is the integra in the reflection ?
  5. Not sure but this may be worth a read http://www.subaruforester.org/vbulletin/f75/secondary-air-injection-67750/
  6. Not sure about north Yorkshire, there's Richard Henry in Bradford HDC subaru in Hebden Bridge and Sheffield subaru services that all come recomend ed if you don't mind traveling?
  7. Don't use copper grease on the pins, that's half the problem as it ends up breaking down and either cooking onto the surfaces or letting them seize. Something like this is much better http://www.eurocarparts.com/mobile/ecp/p/Accessories/Car-Maintenance/Greases-and-Oils/Grease/?526770250&0&cc5_150&gclid=CP3RoOjjzsoCFYPnwgodGoQFgg
  8. I'll check mime later as haven't a clue [emoji50]
  9. My mazda, although it went to a chap on the mx5oc so i knew she was in good hands, just had a quick look and she's just had a fresh mot last week so appears to be still on the road
  10. Is it red line shock oil that's supposed to be good ? Have a look at the clutch fluid too thought my clutch was on way out in the summer as struggled to engage due to the fluid being very old, changed it and no more problems
  11. Black diamond pads and discs are good, low dust and great bite on the predator pads
  12. When was the gearbox oil last changed ?
  13. What year is the car ? My foz's wiring just wore through with the constant opening of the boot may not be getting constant power, do the rest of the wiper functions work ?
  14. Maybe take the arm off the motor run the wiper see where it comes to rest the pop the wiper back on in correct position. Mag work could just open up a can of worms Might be motor that's dying
  15. If you do go down that route try and get one that goes into the void in the inner wing least it will stop some of the heat soak you get inside the bay
  16. It's fully automatic, will turn it's self off at some point when it 'sees' the inside temp/conditions are where it wants them to be, Apparently you can get into it using the free ssm software and remove the auto function
  17. Double sided tape around the flange [emoji23] Mines not stuck on at the front, there's enough at the back to hold it in place,
  18. Stuck slider pins and that's about it, check that the pistons move freely too,
  19. I guess it depends how much needs skimming off the head in relation to the thickness of the gasket to maintain correct compression ratio, I'd go for a multi layer gasket type, @savagebulldogs is your man for a more in depth answer
  20. I wouldn't worry about it mate, they all make power differently some take to it really well others just run out of puff early ( mine included )it was a bit dissapoijing at 1st that I didn't have the same pub numbers as others, it doesn't really matter, both classic &newage owners i've been out driving with are surprised at how rapid mine is on road and are always shocked that the result mine got was lower
  21. Boo, sorey to hear the bad news Doesn't matter which one is leaking best to do the pair and get the heads measured &skimmed accordingly, i'd also see if there's any little bits you wnat to do while it's apart, checking the valves etc, new plugs if they are due a change in the next year, i'd buy new bolts but that's just me, Sure someone who speaks more sense than me will come along in a bit
  22. Unless you have an ecutek map on your car in the 1st place you'll have to buy the licence which is £250 ish off the bat plus mapper time & dyno I wouldn't expect to see much change from £500 [emoji22]
  23. I'd buy the best grade you can get over there and add a bottle, I know millers do octane booster as do others but I've never used them, Was in Wales last year and the nearest shell was an hour and a half round trip ! I feel your pain, what else can you get over there ? I'd stay away from texaco &BP subaru's don't like them for some reason, if there's any sainsbury 's there super is supposed to be ok
