Engines now built and ready to go in the car, although ginna have the crabk pully repainted as it looks meh.

 

Looks like it maybe ready for next sat but im busy so cant pick it up till thr week after 😞

100 miles down, 400 nore to first ild change then another 500 before mapping.

yeah they had to make way for some other crap that's now been removed.

Not much of an update, done the first 500 but been out of commission after having an operation for a few weeks.

Yes mate, tein flex z, although the side on pics are when it had the pedders. Sits pretty much the same. I'll try and get some up to date pics tomorrow, although its ditched at the min lol

Finally managed to finish the running in and now cars dropped off at clinic for few bits and finishing off,

After a bit of discussion decided to go with a syvecs s6 as well.

Onto plan B, dropping syvecs for now, price was gonna be more than expected due to sensor pack and also delayed things time wise which i can do at the min (need my car back for work by monday)

So cars done and i picked it up 😄

Managed 330bhp 360ftlb. Pull really strong all the way throught he rev range 😄

Forgot to pick up the graph so shall get that next time im up lol

 

turbo is maxed and injectors are at 95% so next step in a few motnhs is prob gonna be swap those out and remap to see what it gets too

So, over night (that wern't so overnight) parts from america have arived, mianly a nice white box about a foot square 😄

 

Injectors have been done and existing turbo removed, should just be acase of fitting new turbo, and reassmbling all the other bits and its ready for mapping next week 😄

honest answer is not entirley sure. turbos good for the full 500, so gonna be limited by a few things, TMIC, standard headers, ecu and clutch. in theory around 400ish depending on what those cry enough at.
