  1. Very nice :D
  2. I use a USB memory card reader... plug that into your computer and you can access the files directly on the memory card I use this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301705796531?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Assuming the card in your dashcam is micro SD, that should work
  3. @stants ahem...
  4. A 2005 with only 30k miles?? That's crazy!
  5. Any signs of leaky shocks?
  6. Maybe knackered steering rack bushes?
  7. The downpipe cat must get mapped if you remove it... other cats aren't as important but you won't see the benefits without a map. You will only get a CEL if you start removing the o2 sensors or the temperature sensor in the up-pipe. The temp sensor can be removed and you can put a resistor in the plug to remove the CEL
  8. If you get a replacement cat pipe with a hole for the o2 sensor you won't get a CEL... that's what I did as it was the first cat in my car to go
  9. No problem mate! The up-pipe is def worth doing... albeit, a complete ball ache to replace. Not to worry you but if the cat in the up-pipe fails... bye bye turbo!
  10. I use this stuff on my black plastic bits and it makes it look brilliant! Maybe worth a punt? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Auto-Glym-Bumper-Trim-325ml/dp/B000MSU28U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1492774909&sr=8-1&keywords=autoglym+plastic
  11. Yeh, your exhaust has several bits after the turbo: Downpipe (cat) Cat-pipe (cat) Centre pipe (Resonator, no cat) Back box With just the standard downpipe you should pass with no issues (like you say, make sure they give it a blast before testing) but the downpipe is probably the most restrictive part unfortunately due to the cat and the bell mouth being narrow... wastegate side is just a plate essentially
  12. Your car has 3 cats, one in the up-pipe, one in the downpipe and then another between the down pipe and centre section (cat pipe). You will still be able to pass emissions with just the downpipe cat as it is the largest, the other two help pass emissions when cold. I have replaced all of my cats and gone with a prodrive sports cat downpipe. Not quite as good as full decat but still pass emissions!
  13. Dammit! Didn't know you had a turbo blanket for sale... I'll take it
  14. I love it :D
  15. That's almost a 13% increase in power!
  16. Put a nice panel filter in it and get the power up to an awesome 100hp :D
  17. That is a sad sight... :(
  18. There's a for sale section down the bottom... if you're on mobile, not sure how to find it
  19. Yeh I'll start uploading stuff since I have a dashcam now as well :D
  20. Am I the only one who thinks it looks like utter trash??
  21. Welcome to the club! Always good to see more Scottish members :D
  22. If you're statement only went up to the 9th it is still a good possibility that the transaction was still pending, especially since it was a weekend, no transactions actually leave your account over the weekend, only go into a pending state... this is why when you look at your account online you will see an actual balance (money in your account) and an available balance (money in your account minus pending transactions). It normally takes a few working days for funds to clear your account... all depends on the company. I used to work for a bank! If you're still unsure, give your bank a phone... they can view your pending transactions if you don't do online banking
  23. Nah it's fine mate, i trust ya!
  24. Yeh I didn't think it would but the price for the gauges is good so couldn't really pass on it... obviously you can sell the pod to someone else
